It was around lunchtime and I began to make my way to the dining Pavillion where I ran into Annabeth. She looked up at me and squinted and whispered" Skank" under her breath, I rolled my eyes and said," you're so obsessive just get over me already." Within a second she had her fist barely an inch in front of my nose. I quickly took a step back and Annabeth lost her balance, "Annabeth you should be smart enough to realize that I'm not gonna fight you and smart enough to realize that if I did I'd kick your ass." Her eyes widened with rage as she began to screech, "You stupid slutt you really think that you can steal my boyfriend and throw shade at me!!" I rolled my eyes and stood there defiantly while she continued, "YOU ARE SO DEAD WHEN WE PLAY CAPTURE THE FLAG ON FRIDAY!"  At that point, I just walked away while she kept yelling unidentified swears at me like how is she still going ...  Anyways I finally made my way to the dining Pavillion and grabbed myself a plate full of grapes, bread, and ribs. I threw in a sacrifice to Hades again and just sat alone on the floor outside the hall beside a huge crack in the floor, it was boring and slightly depressing to hear everyone chatting and having fun while I sat by myself normally at school I was pretty popular but here I could feel the isolation and it was new and awkward for me. But I then felt a tap on my shoulder and saw Percy smiling down at me and I remembered that I still do have friends, he casually flipped his hair and with a smirk, he said, "You... thirsty?" As he handed me a goblet full of water I playfully rolled my eyes and rubbed my forehead. He sat next to me and carefully laid his head down on my shoulder and sighed,"(y/n) what's wrong?" I cleared my throat and said," I guess I just feel kind of lost and confused." Percy gently nodded and we sat in silence while I ate my grapes neglecting the bread and meat. When I finished Percy got up and put out his hand helping me up he then gave me a toothy grin replacing the depressing atmosphere with that of playfulness and said," Say (y/n) why don't I go introduce you to my friend Rachel." I nodded my head and followed Percy to a huge tent. It was colorful and vibrant and it looked like a hippie threw up on it but in a good way, Percy opened the tent and guided me to a petite girl with alluring green eyes and beautiful red curly hair she was wearing ripped jeans covered in paint and in a earthy green tank top. She looked up and smiled," Oh Percy when did you get back?" He shrugged," yesterday.... anyways Rachel this is my friend (y/n)." He looked at me for a moment and then began to introduce myself, "I'm  (y/n) (l/n) it's very nice to meet you...Rachel." She smiled and jumped up enthusiastically shaking my hand letting a giggle escape my lips. Suddenly her green eyes began to glow and her aura changed becoming serious leaving me confused I looked at Percy who was just patiently waiting there when she began to speak. " A SELFISH WHORE SHALL START A NEEDLESS WAR. ET CONTERAN IN AMOREM FAMILIARIS. A CRY OF PASSION CANNOT BE YOUR ONLY ACTION. THE FATES WILL NOT COMMAND YOUR LAND BUT THE FATES WHERE BOUGHT OUT IN THIS HAND." The light in Rachel's eyes began to fade and her breathing became heavy as she looked for a place to sit down. Percy then gave me a huge grin and said," Looks like you just got your first quest." I gave him the evil eye and said," I can't go on a quest, I've only been here for 2 days and the only training I've done is with the damn pegasi." He just laughed and said,"Calm down it's not like your going alone you get to bring 2 people with you." I sighed and shook my head then said,"Well shouldn't we go tell Chiron about this." He nodded,"Well yea cum'on let's go." We waved at Rachel then proceeded towards the big house. I turned to Percy and asked," What does 'Et conteran in amorem familiaris' mean." He raised an eyebrow and said,"Well I'm not sure but I think it means 'to break the love of family' in Latin." I silently nodded my head as we continued walking. We finally reached the big house. Percy went in first while I waddled in after him, Chiron was having a conversation with Mr.D. Eventually the pair stopped talking and gave us their full attention. Percy explained the situation to Chiron and he just looked at me empathetically. When Percy was done he walked over to me and said,"(y/n) are you going to accept this quest?" I then said," But I don't even know what  the quest is?" He looked at his hooves and said," You can only know once the quest has been accepted." I mournfully looked at Percy and nodded my head, Chiron then said," Well so far its obvious you need to go to New Rome and see what trouble is stirring up but after that the prophecy is unclear." I furrowed my brows,"New Rome?" Percy just nodded his head and said,"I'll tell you when we are on our way..but since its obvious your gonna take me on this quest, who else are you gonna bring." I paused and thought for a moment ," Do you think Leo would want to come?"
