Meredith's POV:

I blinked away the tears that were shooting out of my eyes as Harry hesitantly grabbed me by my shoulders and stood me up.

"I'm getting you home, now" he says. His tone is so serious, and I can see how dark his eyes have gone. Almost black.

"But I don't want to go with you, Paige is taking me home" I answer.

"Start fucking walking" he hisses

Before I can say anything about what an asshole he's being to me, he grabs my arm and starts stomping in the direction of his car.

We walk to the car is silence, besides the heavy breathing coming from Harry. I'm guessing he's angry by the way his eyes are pointed straight ahead and by the way his muscles are tensing up. After a while the pain in my arm from his grip is becoming unbearable.

"Harry can you please let go of me, your hurting my arm" I plead.

As I say that his eyes dart to mine and his face softens. His grip loosens immensely, and I let out a sigh of relief I had been holding in for what seems like years.

When we get to Harry's car he opens the passenger side door for me and I climb in without a word.

Harry's POV

I was walking through the woods looking for nothing in particular when I heard quiet sobs coming from behind a nearby tree.

"Stop squirming. I need you right now." I male voice slurs.

Normally I wouldn't give two shits if some drunk guy was having his way with a girl, but the voice I heard a couple of seconds later made chills run up my body, and my muscles tense up.

"Please stop" a girl whimpered

Meredith? My blood started to boil as a marched to where the sobs where coming from. I peered around the tree and was appalled at the scene before me.

Some douche bag had Meredith pinned to the ground and was beginning to slide his hands up her shirt. Her eyes were squeezed shut as tears slid down her face.

Without thinking I grabbed the boy by his jacket, as soon as he had seen who I was he bolted from the scene.

Meredith's tear stained eyes slowly opened and then widened at the sight of me.

"Harry?" She sobbed while wiping the tears from her face

The way she said my name broke my heart, but I was still to pissed about what I had just witnessed to let any amount of sympathy for this poor girl show.

"I'm taking you home, now." I frowned at her. I'm beyond pissed right now, I can feel my anger getting the best of me.

"But I don't want to go with you, Paige is taking me home" She states. Clearly she didn't hear me well enough to notice that I wasn't asking her to come with me. I was telling her.

Meredith's POV

I sat in the passenger seat of Harry's car in silence as we drove down the dusty road heading away from the lake, I stared out of the window trying not to make a sound that would anger Harry even more.

Every now and then i would glance over to him to see if his mood was shifting, it wasn't, he clenched the steering wheel so tight that you could see the white of his knuckles which were scatterd with visible scars. His jaw was clenched into what seemed like a permanent frown, does he ever smile?

I've always been so busy pointing out the negativities in Harry that i've never stopped at looked out how attractive he actually is. His eyes were a shade of emerald green that i've never seen on a person before, and his hair was styled into a semi quiff with just a few noticable curls sticking out.

My eyes trailed down his face, and then his body as I noticed his large biceps that were peppered with tattoos. Oh how attractive. The way he was clenching the staring wheel made the muscles in his arms flex even more as we rode down the dark road.

It was then I noticed something I never in my right mind would have noticed about Harry before. Maybe it was all the tramatic events that have happened to me tonight, or maybe college life is just changing me. But what ever it is I now know one thing. Harry Styles is imperfectly perfect.
