The Mission pt. 1

The team gathered in the library awaiting Rip's orders. Gideon found out where the next apparition would be in the year 1525. Rip told us that Time pirates would be attempting to assassinate King Henry VIII at the royal ball. We were instructed to blend in with the people attending the ball and when the time came, protect the king. We were all assigned partners. Of course I got the one and only Leonard Snart. He would probably try to steal the king's hold before saving his life.

Snart's P.O.V
**************30 minutes later**************
"Sara, hurry up!!", I yelled.
"You know I don't just wake up this good!" Sara hollered back.

Five minutes later I heard the clacking of heels against the hard ground. She wore a long light pink dress with sleeves. It has silver jewels on the collar and around the wrist. The sleeves opened up at the end and were big, but it suited her well. She wore a necklace of a snowflake. Her hair was pulled back and a few strands hung forward upon her face. She was absolutely stunning.

"Don't just state at me! Help... please.", she said with the most sarcastic grin. "Ok lay it on me. How do I look?"
You look gorgeous!", I exclaimed.
"What?"
"Uh.. nothing!"
"Sure"

"Care to dance m'lady?" I asked while bowing before Sara.
"Really Snart? We don't have to get really into our characters." Sara groaned.
"I insist."
"Fine"
***Sara's P.O.V***
Snart is really acting strange. I kinda like it. He's not his cocky usual self right now. He's also surprisingly a great dancer.

"Where'd you learn to dance like this?" I asked.
"As a thief you sometimes have to pretend to be someone you're not to get what you want." Snart replied.
"Are you pretending now?"
"I don't pretend with you, Sara."

For some reason what he said gave me butterflies. I liked this new "Captain Cold".
