"Mom, i'll come visit stop crying please. You're making this very hard for the both of us." I said trying to talk some sense into my mother who's balling her eyes out.
"Miss Cataleya-" Bruno started.
"Jessie" Mom cut him off.
"Jessie, i'm not kidnapping your daughter we'll come visit. And you sure are welcome on my territory anytime you please." Bruno said politely.
"Okay boy, but if you hurt my daughter-" mom motioned him to get closer. "I will personally cut your-"
"Heyyy mom we're running late so we better get going right Bruno?" I tried.
"Yes we are" Was all he said.
"Bye momma" I gave her a tight hug.

Meanwhile at Skai's house

"Father, i'm going with valerie whether you approve or not. I am a beta's daughter i can take care of myself thank you." I told dad angry.
"I don't mind." He answered quietly.
"Dad please, i'm going and you can't sto-" i paused shocked. "Wait what?"
"I know you'll be safe with Valerie and if the alpha is her mate so no one will lay a hand on you. So it's okay. And it's time for you to go somewhere else and see different people. For change you know." Dad said suddenly excited.
"THANK YOU DADDY." I jumped on him giving him a hug.
I just finished packing.
"Send momma my goodbyes for me please. I'm running late."
"Okay baby girl. I will."
"Bye" I said with a soft smile.

2 hours of sitting beside Bruno in the car.
In complete silence.
Even Skai was quite in the back seat.
Strange but i didn't complain.
I liked the silence, it was a comfortable one.
Sometimes i caught Bruno catching glances at me and giving himself a smile.
I did that too, thinking what did i do to deserve such an good-looking person to be my mate.
Lost in my thoughts i didn't notice the car stopping.
"From earth to unicornia, Valerie, Hello." Skai was waving her hands in front of my face.
I smiled and looked at Bruno.
"We're here"
I looked out the window to find tall trees everywhere.
"Where is here?" I asked confused.
We're in the middle of the woods.
Bruno quietly hopped from the car and opened my door. Taking my hand and motioning for Skai to follow. We walked deeper into the woods for two minuits and just then.
A very beautiful huge house came into view. Surrounded by trees from everywhere. It was made of wood, light wood, with glass windows. When we got closer i noticed another house beside it, same as the other one but even bigger. As we got closer, a beautiful garden came into view, the front yard of the house.
The garden was full of roses all colors of roses, red, pink, blue, white, purple and even black. There were also fruit trees, mango, lemon, apple, strawberry, orange trees. It smelled delightful. It was simply alluring.
I left Bruno's side and went off exploring the ground and smelling absolutely everything.
Freak. I thought.
That was when i noticed a dead pink flower. It's petals were brown and it's stem was slightly cut. I stretched my hands and touched it lightly. And the weirdest thing happened.
It seemed to be coming back to life. It's petals became big and colorful and it moving standing up instead of being broken. It was fixed?
My jaw nearly dropped to the floor. I looked at my hands. This is unbelievable. My mind must be playing tricks on me.
"Valerie" I heard skai call my name.
I stood up and ran to where i left her and bruno. Didn't find him but what i found was strange.
Skai's eyes were a little darker than usual.
"That's not her, it's her wolf" My own wolf whispered in the back of my head.
"Skai?" I called, my words coming out more of a question.
She shook her head slightly.
"Valerie, sorry I-I just feel a little-" she said uneasily. "Bruno went into the house, let's go."
I toke her hand in silence and we went into the house.
We were welcomed by bruno. But wait a minuit. He was wearing completely different clothes and his eyes looked blue-er than before. His hair was a little darker.
"Which one of you is bruno's mate."
"Wow, you look just like him." Skai left my side and started pocking the poor guy's face. He looked beyond annoyed. But ell, he actually looked like my mate.
"Hey, okay-" he said slightly shoving skai away. "It's clearly not you."
"I am" I said in a low voice.
We shook hands.
"I'm Archie"
"I'm Skai." Skai spoke suddenly.
I heard foot steps and then a new voice accompanied by Bruno's.
"Mother this is Valerie, my mate."
A middle aged mesmerizing woman came into view. Long snow whit hair, sharp features yet very soft, she had no wrinkles whatsoever. She had pale purple eyes. She was average height about my own height.
"It's nice to meet you Valerie." She said not looking at my face. That's when i noticed how pale her eyes were.

My eyes watered a little when i realized. She's blind.
It broke my heart but i became curious in an instant. That's impossible. Werewolves don't become blind or even deaf, it's very rare.
Bruno toke her hand and put it in mine, the woman started feeling my hands and then her palms accelerated to my face, as if her hands were her eyes. She smiled briefly and leaned in kissed my forehead.
I saw a flash of light suddenly while she while she was kissing my forehead. It as something like a vision, i saw blurry images.
She toke a step back from me quickly as if she saw the same thing. She said nothing but had a briefly confused expression on her face.
"Smell the air idiot, she's not a werewolf." My wolf shouted in my head.
That's when i heard Skai beat me to it.
