Liza POV
I wake up and look at the clock 8:49 FUCK my alarm didn't go off. I decided that one day not going to school will be fine and I roll over and go back to sleep. I slept for another hour and got up. I get breakfast and check my phone I have a text from an unknown number.
UN: you better stay away from David he is mine.
L: Who are you?
J: I'm jess Davids ex and I want him back
L: hell no WTF I'm going to let you take David.
J: than suffer the consequences.

I brush that off I tell David later.

Later that day
I text David
L: hey baby can you come over
D: yea sure. Why weren't you at school?
L: I over slept. So I didn't go
D: I think I'm rubbing off on you.
L: lol see you soon I love you
D: love you too

I quickly change. I hear a knock at the door. I shout " COME IN!" I hear the open and see a bubbly David walk over and hug me. I say " hi baby." He kisses me. I say "I have to show you something." I pull out my phone and show him the texts his smile disappears and he says " okay this isn't good jess is mental. We have to make sure your safe. Um stay at my place for a little bit so I can protect you." I look at him and say " will that be okay with your mom." He look at me with a are you kidding me face. He picks me up and takes me to my room. I smile and giggle. He says " come on let's pack a bag." I grab a bag and asked " how long will I be saying be staying." He looks at me and says " how about a week." I nod and go and grab seven outfits and everything else I need. I look at David on my bed facing away from me and realize how lucky I am to have him in my life.  I sit next to him and say " I'm ready to go baby." He kisses me and says " okay pookie let's go."

At Davids

David shouts " Mom Liza is staying with us for a few days." She's replies with " okay David." We walk upstairs and go on his room and put my stuff away. Davids mom says " kids, dinner's ready." We walk down. Davids sisters and brother are with their aunt.  We dinner and talk about things like Davids awful grades. I told David " I'll help you with school work." He kisses my cheek. I say " thanks for letting me stay here Mrs.Dobrik." She says " it's a pleasure to have you here and call me Cathy." I say " ok Cathy." I help clean up after dinner than David and I go upstairs and I change in PJS than we start watching a movie. I love Davids family.
