The assignment

Liza POV:
I was at my locker just like every normal Monday than I saw Gabbie, once again a normal day. She came running up to me saying "hey" I reply "hey Gobbie". Me and Gabbie have been best friends since I can remember. I said " come on let's get to class" she sighed and agreed. As we are walking into to class we see Zayn, Gabbie's crush. Gabbies squeals slightly, I laugh. We go take our seats and wait for Ms.harper to come in. When she came in she said " ok, class so today we are going to start group projects, and I'm picking ur partners." Everyone sighed but to be honest I don't mind. She said " ok so Carly and Erin, Scotty and toddy, Gabbie and Zayn, and Liza and David." I thought to myself who's David. Once everyone got in the groups and guy who was wearing all black and kinda cute walked up to me. He spoke quietly " hey" I said " hi". I smiled at him. He smiled back, his teeth where really white and shiny. I said " so David what do you want to this project on" he sat there and thought about. When he was about to speak but the bell rang. I walked out of the class. David caught up with me and said " hey, how about we exchange numbers so we can work together out of school." He seemed really nervous. I said " um yea sure" he smiled. We exchanged numbers and I said " I'll see you around." He left and Gabbie came running up to me and squealed I asked " what is the matter?" She said " Liza's got a crush, Liza's got a crush!" I laughed at her excitement. " Gabbie I don't have a crush on David, I just met him. I mean his smile can light up a room, and his eyes are super pretty, and he's kinda cute, doesn't mean I have a crush on him." She rolles her eyes and says " come let's go to lunch." I agreed. As we are walking to lunch I see David I smiled and waved he smiled back and I got butterflies in my stomach. He walked over to me and asked " hey, so do you and your friend want to sit with with me and Zayn." I said " um sure yea, gabbie would most likely want to because she has a crush on Zayn. I probably shouldn't have said that." My cheeks turn red from embarrassment. David laughs and says " it's cool I won't tell anyone." I laugh and smile. He's says " okay well I'll see you soon." I said "ok" I walk away and go get my lunch.  Then I told Gabbie what we are doing for lunch and she agreed. We walk over to the table and Zayn offers Gabbie to sit next to him so I sat next to David. He makes makes at me and I giggle. I said " we should all hang out this weekend or something?" David goes " yea that wouldn't be a bad idea." Gabbie and Zayn agree too. I say " well you guys could come over my house, I moved out from my parents house." They agree.  I say " ok, well this will be a fun weekend."
