She looked just as amazing as she did the night she walked out on me. Wavy, long brown hair, deep blue eyes and beautiful cherry red lips.

"Oh my god... Erin?"

"H-how do you know my name...?" She stuttered in shock.

"Erin... It's me... It's Dan..." I replied.

"I don't know-"

"Erin... what are you still doing here I told you I'd meet you- Dan?" Said Becky cutting herself off.

Becky was kind of short with mousey brown hair and grey eyes that showed absolutely no emotion towards me whatsoever. I couldn't say she was ugly, but I couldn't say she was pretty. She was Erin's best friend back when we were dating and we never really clicked. When I say that, I mean she hated me. I remember one time when Erin and I were going out to a Halloween party, and I had decided to smile and tell her goodbye and she came up to me just before I was about to go out to the car, she came up behind me, balled the collar of my shirt up into her fist, and whispered in my ear,

"If you seriously think we were friends, someone must have dropped you on your head as a child because I hate you, and I know you aren't too fond of me either, so don't try to act like you do." I remember thinking how crazy she was as I sauntered out of the apartment.

"H-hi Becky" I said in the best attempt I could at trying to sound happy to see her.

"Hey Erin... Why don't you go and get something from the sweets shop across the street. I'll catch up with you. Oh! Get me some gummi bears while you're there as well, please." Becky says in her thick american accent as she tosses Erin a pound. She pulls me by the collar of my coat almost identically to the way she pulled me away on that Halloween night.

"Don't talk to her, you're the reason why she's like that in the first place." Becky scolds me.

"Wait... wha?" I ask kind of trailing off. She didn't remember me when I bumped into her...

"Yeah hot shot, that night when she walked out on you, remember that? Yeah? Well that night she was running home to the apartment, didn't look both ways when she was crossing the road, got hit by a car. Lost her memory."

It takes a moment for the information to sink in. Then I'm running out the door leaving Becky behind.
