"Shawn I don't know about this anymore."

I told him after we had pulled into a parking spot in front of Pine Ridge, it was the first time we had driven all year and it was a little strange.

He cut the jeeps engine and turned to face me, he reached for my hands and laced our fingers gently together, his eyes were drawn to my ring.

"Scar."

Was all he managed to say, I could tell he wasn't so sure about it either, but people had to know, or they were bound to find out eventually.

"It's kind of funny actually..."

I told him with a light smile, he removed his eyes from my ring and met mine.

"Huh?"

He asked a little confused, I giggled and squeezed his hands.

"We've been trying so hard not to tell anyone for these past few months, and now that the time has come where we can actually tell people... We're being chickens."

I told him which led him to laugh along with me, his eyes drifted out the front window shield and he smiled out at the school.

"We have to do this."

He said out of nowhere with his eyes still on the school.

"We need to."

I whispered, he turned his head back to face me and grinned.

He was about to lean in to kiss me, but I saw Adara and Matt walking for the school.

"Come on."

I told Shawn, he seemed confused for a moment, but his eyes eventually landed on our friends.

"Adara!!! Matt!!! Wait up!!!"

I called after I had gotten out of the jeep just before they reached the doors, they turned around with huge grins on both their faces.

Once we caught up with them all four of us entered the already crowded school.

Adara seemed to be off on a different planet, her attention was all on Matt.

In a way it was kind of cute to see the two practically drooling over each other, but when Matt took me "out" he ended up in the arms of some slut.

Shawn noticed I had been hiding my ring and he pulled my hands apart, my ring was covered by his fingers as he entwined our hands together.

"Oh my gosh!!! Wait what, you're finally official?"

Adara squealed out, Shawn gave me a "she knows" look, but shrugged it off within seconds.

"Ew what? You guys are siblings?"

Matt asked once he realized what was happening, I smiled and tried not to laugh at his comment.

"No longer, our parents split up awhile back."

Shawn told them, that's when Nash walked up with a familiar face.

Cameron Dallas.

"He's my ex brother."

I told everyone, Cameron and Nash were totally lost at my comment, but they noticed our entwined hands, both of their mouths flew open in surprise.

Will Shawn's crew all the way back in LA get the news about the two of them and their old status?
