"Awe that's the cutest proposal ever!"
Adara squealed out after I had finished telling her about the other night.
She had Leo the lion in her hands, her eyes lit up in complete awe at my cute story.
"Ya, it's all so crazy and to tell you the truth I wasn't expecting it, like at all."
I told her after a moment, Adara's eyes met mine.
"Seriously, I mean look at this place. He's treating you like a flippin queen, and you guys are looking for an apartment in Toronto! How did you not see it coming?"
She practically giggled out, I laughed along with her before I answered.
"I don't know. I guess it was just the fact that we are both only eighteen, and I just turned eighteen. So it's a little strange."
I told her after a quiet moment of deciding how to word everything.
"Ya, I guess that's logical, but you do love him, right?"
She asked, I grinned widely.
"More then anything in the world."
I answered shortly, causing her to laugh at my cheesiness.
"Okay enough about me."
I told her, her face grew serious.
"What's going on with you and Matt?"
I asked quietly, we had been lying on my bed under the covers talking for hours, I sat up straighter to face her.
"What do you mean Matt, I thought you knew I like Cameron?"
She asked taking me off guard, my mouth dropped open within seconds.
"Wait, you like Cameron? I thought you liked Matt these past few months?"
I asked really confused, she at first looked totally disgusted, but she started to laugh.
"Matt's my best friend, he's like my brother!"
She laughed out, I finally understood that she never liked him, but poor Matt so had a crush on her.
"So Cameron?"
I asked, she nodded with a grin.
"Okay, but Adara you need to be careful. Cameron's a total player, he's been around if ya know what I mean."
I told her quietly, she nodded.
"I know, I promise I will be careful, but who said anything was going to happen?"
She asked, the two of us completely clueless about the fact that Shawn and Cameron were hatching up a plan for Monday that very moment.
"It's just he's."
She stopped speaking and tried to find the right word, but I knew what she wanted to say.
"Different..."
I told her, she grinned over at me.
"How about, I just look and don't touch?"
She asked with a laugh, causing me to laugh along with her.
"Alright deal!"
I giggled out before I collapsed back onto my pillow.
Well, Adara's in for a ride.
Will Scarlett be able to keep her at bay?
