Phase One: New Love

"Star...I know that it hurts but you gotta let the guy breathe. Sure, he has a girlfriend, but hey, at least you have me!" Janna said as she was patting Star's golden hair.

"Janna, you're so lucky. You don't have to go through all of these emotions whenever you see Marco," Star said, covering her eyes with her hands.

"Yeah...I am. But you're not the first to fall victim to heartbreak. I'm sure of it!" She said with a devilish smile on her face.

"Janna I really don't feel like being destructive right now. I just wanna wallow in my sorrows.."

"Ughhh Star! You've got to get yourself out there! Listen, I gotta go. Isn't there anyone else who can help you with this stuff?" Janna asked.

"Well, I don't wanna bother Ponyhead with any of this stuff. It's too mushy for her. And...not him either..."

"Him? Him who?"

"I don't wanna talk about that part of my life."

"You don't have to. I just wanna know who's him. Oskar?"

"No...my ex.."

"Oh the demon boy? If anything I think he would help you with this kind of stuff," Janna said, patting her on the head and getting up. Just then, a wall of fire appeared, surprising both of the girls.

"I was summoned?" He said, closing the wall of fire behind him.

"That was so awesome!"

"Tom?" Star said, immediately rolling her eyes. "I'm going upstairs..."

Both of teens watched as the princess grudgingly walked up the stairs into her room. Janna looked back at the new house guest and smirked.

"Well, I guess I should go up there. I can't leave her now," Janna said, slowly walking up the stairs as well. Tom watched her with a confused stare, making her roll her eyes.

"You can come too ya know," Janna said, stomping the rest of the way.

"I don't know if I should.." Tom said, starting to go back to his place until he was stopped by the tug of his arm.

"Don't leave yet! Just let me sort a few things out with Star and we can get straight to business..." Janna said, looking at him with her bedroom eyes. Tom started to worry about that look and sat on the couch.

"Um...okay..."

A few minutes had passed before he heard the girl jump down the stairs and smiled. She walked towards him and sat down next to him.

"So..."

"Before you say anything, not interested," Tom said, shutting her down immediately.

"Wow, rude. Wasn't even what I was gonna say that," Janna said, plopping her legs right on his lap. "I wanted to talk about Star."

"Yeah, what's going on with her?" Tom asked, worried about his "Starship."

Janna smirked."She's in a slump because of Jackie and Marco."

"What did they do to her?!" Tom asked, already getting heated.

"Nothing! Calm down, hot stuff. They're going out now and she's feeling a lot of mixed emotions because of that. I personally think it's because she likes Marco, but she won't admit it herself," Janna explained to Tom. She felt his legs starting to cool down.

"Ah, jealousy, worst of all emotions," Tom said, laying back on the couch.

"Yeah, sweet right? But I don't know how to get her out of her slump, maybe you do by any chance..?"

"Let's see...well, it took a while before I finally stopped vying for Star's attention again after our breakup. She just needs time to process, I guess," Tom said.

"Really? I was thinking we could hook her up with Oskar," Janna said, pulling out her phone. She felt his legs warming up again.

"Who's...that?" Tom asked as calm as possible.

"Just her high school crush. Although I doubt he will go out with her, I guess we could try."

"Wouldn't that cause some kind of 'discourse' between her and Marco? I mean, she might flaunt Oskar at him or something," Tom said, crossing his arms.

"Listen, hot stuff, I know you're totally against this because you're not completely over Star. But we have to try something because I want my mayor of detention back!" Janna said, starting to text Oskar. Tom took the phone away from her.

"Hey! Give it back!" Janna yelled, reaching for her phone. Tom stood up and held it high.

"If we're gonna do this, we are NOT doing it electronically. We are gonna do this in person! So go get Star while I find out where this 'Oskar' is," Tom said to a jumping Janna.

"Fine! But at least give me my phone back!" Janna said with a scowl on her face. Tom put it in his underwear and walked away.

"I'm not afraid to reach down there ya know!" Janna yelled.

"Then come get it!" Tom yelled back, already out the door.

Janna growled at him and stomped up the stairs to get Star out of the bed, which took a lot of convincing.

YES I'm doing a Jantom story I'm in a Jantom mood this week and I have no idea why.

It will probably be short I don't know, until this phase of my life wears off or something.
