Chapter 2 ( My Girl)

I'M ON MY way to Villarreal's Home. I was rushed and never think of eating my breakfast, though Lorraine told me that I will pick her up at around eight o'clock but still I want to go early. I know that girl, if she said seven o'clock sharp, she mean it.

The last time she asked me to accompanied her on the same event I was so embarrassed, I was late for about fifteen minutes. Di ata uso sa kanya ang quote na "Filipino time" though not all of the Filipino's are always late but they used to state this quote para sa mga taong laging nahuhuli sa tamang oras na usapan.

I pressed the horn of my car just to inform the guard, then the gate automatically open after the latter noticed my car on their CCTV camera. Kilala na ako ng guard nila kaya agad akong pinagbuksan.

"Good morning Sir"

The guard was on his mid fourty's greeted me while standing in front of the glass window of the guard house. His been working here for almost eighteen years.

" Good morning din po!" I replied at dire-diretso na akong pumasok at inihinto ang kotse sa bulwagan mismo ng bahay.

I took my phone and dial Lorraine's number. It ring three times before she pick it up the phone.

"Hello it's Lorraine Villarreal, speaking!"

That formalities on her voice make my day complete.

"Hey Princess! your knight and shining armor is already arrived." Saad ko na medyo natatawa sa pagka-childish kong turan.

"Oh silly you Xenon! Why don't you just come inside and have a cup of coffee?" She said.

"Naaahhh!! No need Lola I just wait for you here outside."

"OK then just wait for me there, I will come for about five minutes

She said and I heard a "ding" sounds maybe from a electronic machine. Then she drop the call.

Para di ako maburo sa kakahintay I turn on my iPod and put the headset on my ears.

Habang tumutugtog ang kanta ay biglang sumagi sa isip ko ang panaginip ko kagabi about the girl who's wearing white dress and holding a white rabbit. Those eyes of her resembles Lorraine's eyes.

While my head were on the cloud nine I heard a three knock on my cars tinted glass window.

Oh it's Lorraine wearing her casual floral dress with matching her beautiful smile on her lips. Then I go out of my car to let her in.

"Good morning Bugz!" She said

"Good morning lola!"

"I wonder what you are thinking at di mo napansin ang pagdating ko." She asked but her smile never fade on her face.

"Oh I'm sorry!" I whispered with shame while holding my neck.

"Naaahh! It's ok! So shall we? She jerk her thumb inside the car. I open the passenger seat to her and I walk around in the drivers seat. I put her seat belt for her safety.

"Oh no need Xen I can manage."
Angal niya.

"Parang di kana nasanay. I like to serve my princess." I said then I winked.

"Yun na nga eh masyado mo akong sinasanay. Di kaya maging spoiled na ako nyan, isa pa baka magselos na ang girlfriend mo sakin ah!"

I didn't answer her but instead I just simply laugh on what she said. She knew that I don't have girlfriend nor dating any woman.

Hindi naman sa torpe ako but I just don't find the right girl who could fits my standard at isa pa busy akong tao at wala akong oras sa mga ganyang bagay. Just a waste of time to mingle with the girls not unless Lorraine—she's different form other girls.
