// An Unknown Person's POV //
I had a dream once. And it goes like this: It was all pitch black & the only source of light is a light bulb in the dark ceiling & it was far from me, so I decide to approach it with caution. Doing so lets me hear August's echoing voice saying "Do you really want Death sent to that man?" I replied back "Uh... Yes." Until I noticed another light opened up on my left, which shows a random having a what is supposed to be a heated argument to that man... Who wears that mask, who is most likely the Sargeant's roommate, along with another person beside him, who wears glasses & just... Listens... I approached the 3, but I ended up hitting an invisible barrier & they didn't notice me or hear the noise when I bump into the barrier. When I just watched, I noticed that the light around them is slightly dying... And it did.... It went all dark again.... Until a Light Source opened around me, only to find myself surrounded with my subconscious, all of them around me. They started harassing me by saying words that I don't ever. EVER wanna hear. I yelled at them to stop, but they're persistent... They kept harassing me until a baton dropped in front of me, which I held it in my hand. My subconscious are now taunting me & it caused me to lose my mind, hitting them one by one, but little did I know that they can transport their pain to me. When I took too much pain, I dropped the baton, lied down on the concrete ground in the light & cried like a weakling. It's that feeling when the person who can help you is yourself & not everyone else. I felt weak as tears flow out of my eyes & felt the numbness all over my body. I felt very useless until I hear a distant voice, a voice of a male followed by army shoes scraping the cement floor. The voice muttered "Oh my... You... Poor poor girl..." I cannot give a response, so I just looked at the person, in which I cannot tell who it is due to the darkness covering him... He muttered again "You've got No Strings... That's..." His sentence was cut short as he sighed. The light started to dim as he helped me up, followed by his voice "Come on. You may think you're nothing in life, but in some people's eyes, you have a purpose." I thanked the person & asked "Who are you, sir?" He then replied "I am just your fellow & average Soldier..." I noticed that he is the Sargeant as I saw his helmet in the small portion of light. I launched my fist on him, but his reflex made him stop it before it can even hit him. He now said to me "Please don't do that." followed by a Siren & Humvees around the dark, along with the light dying. "My time has come. There are some... Good friends of mine who would like to greet you... With bullets... Farewell." The Sargeant said as I heard him leave, along with a dozen of Soldiers, Humvees & Tanks surrounding me. I then woke up, checked the time of the clock, showing "2:43 A.M." I was gasping for air there, like I just ran a very long road... I look around my room, only seeing darkness. I went back to sleep, with tears in my eyes, as I thought to myself "Will I ever beat the Sargeant?" as my hatred for him grows even larger...
