DLA: Moon River

It was lunch time and I was walking with my Orchestra class to the cafeteria, with my childhood friend Luna. As we were walking, the rest of the class were talking about the up coming concert to show off our string instrument skills. We were at the Cafeterias doors and I took a look inside. I saw Vincent and RC talking, RC probably messing around like the crazy sister she is. We entered the Cafeteria and I went straight to Vincent.
"Oh hey babe!" Said Vincent.
"Hi buddy!" I said in a cute high voice
"Ugghhh you guys are so cute it makes me wanna puke" said RC fake gagging.
I laughed and Luna sat down next to RC. I sat down next to Vincent and lied my head oh his shoulder. He started to put me like a dog. I don't know what happened but, I think I might have drooled a bit and the next thing you know Luna and RC were chuckling. I guess I drooled maybe because I'm part werewolf and like being petted... just like a dog. Either way it also might have been because I really am attached to Vincent. I don't know what it is just something about him is just so comforting. Maybe it's because he was tall and huge, or maybe because he was really goofy. I don't really know but he was just so fun to be around, even though we have been dating ever since middle school.
"Guys I'm hungry!!! Hunter you got that steak!?!?" Said RC
"Well duh, why wouldn't I have the only thing I eat with me." I said
"You got that salad too?" Said Luna. I kinda got pissed at Luna to be honest.
"WHAT IS THAT SUPPOSED TO MEAN LUNA HUH?!?!" I said in a kind of anime-ish way.
"HAHAHAHA nothing it just means your starting to get a little thicker" Luna said in the most serious tone.
"I AM NOT GETTING THICKER LUNA!!! GOD ARE YOU BLIND!!" I said.
"Nope but you are" Luna said chuckling. I sat back down knowing that she won at the roasting game. I repositioned my glasses that weren't even medicated. RC started to laugh. "Ohhh my god guys lets go in the line and get food" RC said still laughing.
    We all got up to go to the lunch line. The good thing about our school is that we didn't have to pay for school lunches because our school actually makes it's own food instead of relying on the government to fund it. That's one of the many perks of attending Moon River High School. Then again Moon River is full of monsters hiding from the human world. Most monsters hide their monster forms like, RC and Vincent for example. Since they are both siblings, they are both vampires. But they weren't born vampires. To put it short, their parents were humans but got killed, then when they were about 12-13 years old, they found a stone that turned them into vampires, and so as a result, they don't perish in the sun, rather they just become a little weaker than usual. Some monsters don't even have a monster form, like Luna. Luna is a Grim Reaper, but she doesn't have another form because Reapers usually don't have one, but instead of having a form Luna is very strong and has many benefits with being a Grim Reaper. Then there are other monsters that can't hide their monster forms and have to rely on other means of hiding. An example of this is me. I'm actually a hybrid between a Witch on my mom's side, and a Werewolf on my dads side. Sometimes being a hybrid has its benefits but, not being able to hide your true nature isn't one of them. I have many forms but a human version of myself isn't one of them. I can turn into a Werewolf, a nearly six foot tall wolf, and even any type of canine, and my hybrid self. To put it short I usually look like a human but with wolf ears and a tail, which I usually hide with a beanie and my sweater.
I heard Vincent behind me, even though my ears were covered under my beanie. As we were in the lunch line RC was tapping her foot like crazy. You can definitely tell when RC is hungry. I looked around and saw nothing but a sea of students swirling around us, typical lunch block.
After we got our food we went outside to eat under the Historical Oak Tree. I guess it's called that because it was one of the few trees to survive the burning of Moon River, I don't really know the back story to it but someday I will. As we were walking to the Oak Tree we saw some other students outside too. People liked to eat outside the cafeteria, because I guess they hate all the loud noise everyone makes, which is understandable. We sat down at the base of the tree and made plans to go to the treehouse later in the day.
After about 5-7 minutes after finishing our food, an announcement came on to let us know that lunch time is over and that we had 5 minutes to get to 4th block.. god damnit

Herro my little weirdos!! I just want to say that I will be periodically updating this story and that I'm going to start on the next chapter now and hopefully publish it tomorrow, so yeah. Also I'm going to do, songs I'm "Obsessed" with. So basically I'll suggest a song that I recently been obsessed with or am listening to. Right now I'm Obsessed with "Na Na Na" by My Chemical Romance. With that I now say good bye my little weirdos <3
