I blinked my eyes repeatedly. I am honestly mesmerized by this guy standing in front of me.

"I... I..." My words are all stuck in my tongue. He walked back at me.

I looked dumbfounded. I am dumbfounded! What is he talking about? Argh!

He turned his head and looked at me.

"See you!" That's all, then he left me with a smile, a sweet smile. His brown hair dances with the wind as he walked in the alley.

Argh! What's happening?! I fixed myself.

"Maybe he just got mistaken in thinking I am someone he knew." I continued walking towards our cabin.

⚓️

"Candi, Candi..." a blooming face is shaking my shoulder. Her cheeks were painted with pink same with her lips. Her eyes are glowing.

"Hey, wake up!" she shouted.

"Oh Trisha, why?" I wondered.

"Is it necessary for you to shout?" I hissed adding that one.

"My bad," she replied and grinned widely.

The guy! Hmmm. Is everything happened a while ago's just a dream? Nah... I don't think so.

"You're spacing out again," she commented. Then I noticed there is something on the bedside table. I raised my brow eyeing her.

"It's seven in the evening and haven't eaten any so I got you this!" She happily reached the silver tray with a bowl of fresh looking fruits and a can of juice. There is a saucer beside the fruits where it probably be a complementary cream for the fruits.

"And that's for?" I am blinded with what purpose is she with. A special request maybe, that's her style.

"Ahhh..." she shyly said. "A sort of peace offering..." she added. I tried to grasped her words and finally my senses were back.

"I got it. Trisha, you don't need to do this. I am the one who should be sorry. I left you because of an invalid reason... Just because I felt irritated, I was irritated," I confessed; "I am being irrational back there." She hugged me and I hugged her back.

I'm honestly consumed with anger back there, and it's not really me. I prefer to be covered with sheets while reading books or writing stories silently.

They never got in my nerves; but maybe, yes maybe, I'm being offended by their words; and maybe I got angry by how they treated Trisha back there.

"Ahhh, the tray is quite heavy..." She smiled withdrawing from the hug.

"Yeah, thanks by the way." I reached it up and placed it on the wooden table in the balcony.

"Wanna join?" I offered the food.

"Nope, I know that's not enough for your big tummy!" She chuckled.

"I hate you!" She laughed louder than the other one.

"But honestly, I'm full Di. I just want to take a shower. Bye!" She walked straight to the bathroom without waiting for my response.

"You better be fresh," I said directly to the fruits. I poke one bite sized apple and ate it.

Thankfully, looks does not just deceived me 'cause it is really fresh. I also ate the other type of fruits and they were all faithfully juicy.

I inhaled deeply. "A wonderful view is with me tonight," I whispered.
