I am currently watching the UAAP WV Finals Game 2 here at our condo. I thought the game would be done in straight sets because La Salle got the 1st and 2nd Set but unfortunately Ateneo got the 3rd and the 4th Set. The 5th Set is currently On-going, 11-14 in favor of Ateneo all they need is 1 last point to win the match but I believe that my flappy and her teammates will fight to win this game.
It felt like my world stopped at the last moment of the match. Kaftain set the ball to Majoy but she was blocked. We lost😞. I turned off the TV immediately due to my frustration.
I checked my Facebook account and it is confirmed, we lost. I am worried about my Flappy. I know that she is frustrated and sad because they lost against Ateneo. As I was scrolling through my timeline something caught my attention.

Hmmm. Interesting! Alam ko na gagawin ko! I will follow these steps to make my Ara happy.
I've read all the steps. Now, I just need to prepare and buy all the things that I need before she comes home.
I changed my shirt and I got my wallet. Now, I am off to Savemore.
At Savemore
“Nasaan na ba yun?” I said while looking for Ara's favorite chocolate. “Ayun! Milka Oreo Chocolate Bar.” I got 8 bars because 'ya know it is 8 😉
I roamed around each aisle to look for the others things that I need. I got ice cubes, Rocky Road Ice Cream which is Ara's favorite. I also got some chips and some drinks.
After I got all the things that I need. I went to the cashier to pay for everything. On my way home, I passed by the Shop where I can buy Ara's favorite cheesecake. After buying, I immediately went back home to our condo to prepare.
At the Condo
I placed all the things that I bought at the kitchen. I placed the Ice and Ice Cream in the freezer.
But before that I texted Ara. I think they are having their team dinner.
After I texted her. I prepared everything. I layed the blanket out. I fixed our sofa. I prepared all the foods and drinks. I also inserted Ara's favorite movie, White Chicks to our Home Theatre System.
I am ready. 😀 All I need to do is to wait for my Flappy.
7:30 PM
*Knock knock knock*
I heard a knock from our door. I think my Ara is here. I slowly walked near the door and opened it.
When I opened the door. I was shocked. Ara immediately hugged me and cried on my shoulder. “Flappy! Are you okay?” I asked. She just answered me with a sob. I understand she needs to let out her emotions so I waited for her to stop crying. After crying, she felt weak because of tiredness.
I placed her hand around my neck and I carried her to the blanket that I prepared. I slowly covered the blanket around her body. Now she looks like a sushi roll 🍘 She sobbed and I find it very cute. 😍
“Babe? How are you feeling?” I asked her. “Better. Thank you!” She answered. I wiped her tears away and I carried her to our couch.
I placed her gently to our couch and I sat beside her. Then she spoke, “Patalo naman ako, Thom! Kaya kami natalo dahil sakin.” 😭 “No you are not! You did your best a while ago.” I answered.
“Pero natalo kami kanina.” she said again. “You lost maybe because it is not yet the right time. I am sure that you will win the championship in the Game 3. Believe in yourself. I will be with you. I love you!” I said.
“Thom naman eh! Bakit ka ba ganyan?” she said. “What ganyan?” I said. “Ang sweet sweet mo. Tapos ang conyo mo pa.” I laughed at what she said. “I am sweet because I love you and I care for you.” I said and I planted a kiss on her forehead. “I love you too, Bansot.”😂 I hugged her tightly.
We stayed like that for who knows how long. After that, binukasan ko na ang TV and I started the movie for us to watch together. I hugged her tighter and she giggled in my chest. I let go of her for the meantime to feed her.
I went to kitchen to get her food. When I went back to our couch, I saw eyes shining. 🌟 I placed the foods in the table and I started to feed her. “Say ahhh.” I said and laughed. “Thom naman eh! Di naman ako baby. Huwag mo akong subuan.” she said then she pouted her lips. “Aww. Ang cute naman ng baby ko. Kagigil! ” I said and pinched her cheeks. “Ouch naman Thom! Huhu.” She said and pouted again. “Sorry baby! Eat kana ulit. Ahhh.” I said.
“Busog kana ba, Flappy?” I asked her. “Yes! Thank you! ” She replied. I poured juice to a glass and I assisted her to drink it because you know she is still a sushi roll.
“Making my way downtown Walking fast Faces pass And I'm home-bound” Ara sang.
I looked at the TV and I saw that it is already the part when the song Thousand Miles is played so I continued what Ara sang.
“ Staring blankly ahead Just making my way Making a way Through the crowd” I also sang.
We looked at each other then giggled. Then we continued to sing the song.
“ And I need you And I miss you And now I wonder....
If I could fall into the sky Do you think time would pass me by? 'Cause you know I'd walk a thousand miles If I could just see you tonight” We sang together.
“HAHAHA! Ang panget mo kumanta.” sabi ni Ara. “Kala mo ako lang? Ikaw din kaya. HAHAHAHA.” I replied. Tawa kami ng tawa. Maya-maya pa ay nagsalita si Ara, “Thom, alisin mo na nga ang pagkakarolyo ko. Please.” Ara pleaded. “Okayyy. Tumayo ka para alisin natin.” I said and I started to remove the blanket from her. After I removed the blanket, she hugged me and said, “Thank you talaga Thom! I love you.” 😗 “You're welcome! I love you more.” I said.
“Tara na Flappy! Tulog na tayo o baka may iba ka pang gustong gawin.” I smirked and I raised my eyebrows up and down. 😉
“Gago ka Thomas! Manyak!” She shouted. I laughed and said, “ Joke lang naman Babe. Tara na talaga matulog baka mapuyat ka pa eh may training ka bukas.” 😂 “Sige na nga. Pero make buhat-buhat me.” She said and giggled.
I placed her on the bed so that she could sleep na. But she pulled my hand. “Thom! Huwag ka muna umalis. Please!” She said and did puppy eyes. “Oh how could I resist you. Okay but first change your clothes na.” I said. “Okay! But huwag kang sisilip!” she said. “Anong sisilipin eh kapatagan naman yan.” I said and laughed. “Hayop ka Christopher!” she shouted. “Joke lang naman. Di talaga ako titingin promise!” I said.
When she's done changing clothes. She went to our bed to sleep beside me. She hugged me and said, “Thank you talaga for tonight Pong. I really appreciate it. I love you ulit!” 😘 “You're welcome and I love you the most. Sleep na.” I said and hugged her back. Siniksik niya ang ulo niya sa dibdib ko at narinig ko nalang ang hilik niya. Hindi agad ako natulog dahil pinagmasdan ko pa siyang matulog.
