Aaron's P.O.V

"Why do I have to watch over her?" I asked the Math teacher.

"Because you have too! Now get inside and just stay! Kids these days..." He mumbled the last part.

I got on the hallway and saw Garroth and Laurence leaving. I hid behind a flower pot and heard them saying

"Aph really went for it this time." Said Garroth.

"Yeah but that Aaron must have done something right? It just doesn't feel right, it's not like Aphmau to attack people like that because of a rumor only." Said Laurence.

"What if it was true?" Said Garroth.

"We will ask her once she wakes up." Said Laurence.

Great! That means she is now alone. If by chance she wakes up I can ask her what's wrong... Even though I know what's wrong...

I kinda knew why she hit me, she thinks I said to the school about the whole scared of darkness and walking her home; but I didn't and she must know... Argh! Why am I even concerned about her response, it doesn't matter anyways. She wanted us not to be friends in real life so I don't care!
I entered the room to be unexpectedly greeted by Katelyn.

"WHAT ARE-"

Great way to say hello Katelyn.

"The teacher sent me in." I said before she explodes.

We stayed for like five minutes then Katelyn got out of the room.

Aph, please wake up! Wake up!

Then Aphmau started waking up, she looked around then quickly changed her expression to anger upon seeing me.

"Wait Aphmau, you don't know what happened. I didn't spread that rumor, not by any chance."

She didn't even bother to looked at me then answered.

"Of course it wasn't you. You sent Michi to do all your dirty work for you."

What? How-What-When! Was she listening to me?!

"It wasn't nor me or Michi who did this. It must be someone else."

"Why are you even explaining this to me?! It's my side mistake... FC is the person who is nice, I forgot that Aaron is a total jerk!"

"Are you aware of what you are saying?! I'm FC, get it? This is who I am, FC is Aaron whether you like it or not!"

I realized that that we where yelling at each other.

"It's not true! Just shut up!"

"It's reality Aph, Reality..."

During our conversation, she never averted her sight to mine until now. My eyes interlocked with her making my heart skip a beat; she looked really sad somehow but tears just don't flow.

"Don't pretend to be my friend when you don't even care about me... Not as Aaron..."
"Nor as FC." I finished her sentence.

I can't believe it, she...she said that I don't care about her? I do, I do, I really do; or so did I thought.
Our little conversation was cut by someone clapping at the doors.

"Applause! Applause! This is splendid kitty, and who knew you even had code names for each other? You really are a wonder Kitty." Said the person.

There is only one person in this whole universe to call Aphmau by Kitty... Gene. We both looked his way and he was smiling innocently, he apparently has something to do with the rumors.
