Chapter Three

Sarah's POV

"Alex please listen to me. It's not what you think " i said while lifting my self of the ground.I am sure he thinks i am betraying him by secretly siding with the necromancer. I cant blame him either, because if i were in his shoes i would probably think the same. "Really? So tell me, what am i thinking?" He said looking very intimidating yet sexy. "Please Alex you kno... AHHHHH!" the sharp pain cursing through my chest cut me off of what i was saying. Alex staked me. Staggering backwards, trying to keep my balance but i fail miserably and hit the floor.

"I trusted you sarah and what did you do to me? You betrayed me. You betrayed me you bitch." He said while taking a few steps towards me still holding the stake. Something is wrong. Alex was never like this he was always the understanding one among the royal family. I am starting to think this is not about only me. Opening my mouth i try to talk but i lost my voice when i look at Alex's face especially his eyes were a crimson red color instead of a translucent green. Shit he is hungry. That's probably why he cant reason well.

"And now you will pay for all you have done." He said evilly with a wicked smirk on his face. "Alex please listen, i didn't betray you. I know how much you despise necromancers that's why i help her escape. Plus she is on our side." I mind linked him. Because i was to exhausted to speak. He let out a dry laugh " really? And how do you explain killing my father and kidnapping My brother?" he snarled at me his voice dripping with venom. Okay, this is definitely not about me.

"I never did tha... AHHH! He didn't let me finish what i was about to say when he plunged a stake through my stomach. I have got to get out of here before i pass out or else i will surely die. "I would never hurt Nicolas. He is my mate for Christ sake Alexander. I love him so much i wish it were me that was taking instead." I mind linked him again. He stopped for a minute, like he was analysing my words. Then walked up to were i place my display swords and picked it up. Now I regret buying those. "You are trying to manipulate me. You never loved Nicolas you rejected him as your mate." He said. While twirling the sword around.

"And now you die."he said lunging at me with the sword like his life depended on it. And i knew this was my chance i quickly teleported my ass out of there. I appeared at Lisa's hoping she will be at home. Fortunately she was. "Lisa i need your help please come to the living room." "Sarah? Oh my God what happened to you? Did he do this to you?"she said looking very worried. "I don't have time to explain do you have any blood?" I mind linked her. "Ah... well... umm... sure i-i do. What do you need blood for?" She said cautiously. "Just get the damn blood lisa" i snarled at her. She had no idea how much danger she will be in if i lost control to the blood lust.

"Alright ill get it" she said while hurriedly walking into the kitchen. A few seconds passed and she returned with two blood bags in her hand. "Uh... um... here" she said giving the blood bags to me which i hurriedly took and drank. Lisa stood next to me looking extremely shocked. She hasn't seen anything yet. Her surprised expression changed to a terrified one, the instant my wounds began to heal like that of a vampire until there wasn't even any scars left. I stood up and look at Lisa. she seemed frozen at the spot.

"I will take a shower, when i am done we will talk. Like you said we have a lot to talk about" i gave her a wink and walked off to her room. It's so pink looks like a thousand pretty pink princess puked in it, typical Lisa. I walked into the bathroom took off my drenched cloths. My blood still fresh on them. Walked onto the shower and turned it on. A few minutes later i walked out not bothering to grab a towel. "If i knew i will see this,i will have come sooner babe" a familiar low husky masculine voice said from behind me.

Oh no! I turned around trying to run back to the bathroom but he beat me to it trapping me between him and the bathroom door. I quickly used my hand to cover the most intimate parts of my body. "What are you doing here Nicolas?" I said nervously giving him a nervous smile. "Why? aren't you happy to see me?" He said faking a hurtful expression on his face while pouting. "I will be if you let me put some damn cloths on" i said through greeted teeth. "But why? i like you better like this. Besides this isn't the first time i have seen you naked. " He said while putting in a fake frown on his face. I could clearly see the amusement twinkling in his eyes. Jerk! I thought to myself. "I heard that." He said amusement laced in his voice.

Okay clearly he isn't going to move. So i teleported as fast as i could to the closet grabbed some clothes and teleported into the bathroom. Using my vampire speed i quickly put them on.
In your face Nicolas. "lets talk later. Lisa is outside she might hear us." I mind linked him so that Lisa wont hear us talking.

"Alright love, see you later. Oh don't forget, come without your clothes you won't need them." He said. "You are such a pervert. Urgh... " i said

"And that's why you love me." "Sarah you done yet?" Lisa's booming voice broke our little mind conversation and Nicolas left. "Yeah i am coming!" I yelled. I quickly walked out of her room. "Okay lets not beat around the Bush. As you have seen I am a hybrid. Half vampire half witch." I explained. I can used my magic and at the same time perform as a vampire if i wish."
