Clove Parker

Trey <3: come over I have a surprise!

Clove: ok I'm on my way

I jumped off my bed and ran downstairs to find Jenny grabbing her car keys to head to her art interview.

"Bye Jenny. I'm heading to..a friends house. To help them study." I lied. Jenny stopped and turned around.

"Well, I believe that cause you do have good grades. Ok. I'll be at the Coopers house later. Bye." Jenny said and walked out the door. I watched as she drove off then grabbed my skateboard and backpack.

When I got to Treys house, I jumped over the fence of the backyard. I opened the back door quietly and climbed the stairs to Treys room.

"Hey Trey." I said and knocked his head as I walked in the room. He smiled at me.

"Hey Clove. You look..great." Trey said. His eyes widened and I blushed like crazy.

"Oh uh, I didn't mean it like that- I meant I was uh, your clothes look, uh nice." Trey rambled and scratched the back of his neck.

"Thanks." I blushed. We stared at each other for a while then I shook my head. "So what's this surprise you were talking about?" I asked and plopped down on the bed next to him.

"Oh yeah! So, I got you and I tickets to go see...Psychic Rockets!!" Trey said excitedly. My jaw hung open and my eyes widened.

"Omg Trey!! I love them!! Thank you so much!! I love you!!" I yelled and jumped up and down.

He hugged me. "I knew you'd love it." I nodded. Psychic Rockets are my favorite band.

"Ok. Let me call Jake. His brother is gonna drive us to a pawn shop where the tickets are then to Marios. From there, the concert." Trey said and grabbed his phone.

"Ugh, I hate your little friends. They're annoying!" I whined. Trey rolled his eyes and laughed.

He dialed a number in and talked to Jake. I sat on the windowsill and stared out the window. I saw a blue car park in front of the house.

"Yes of course. My moms going to some party tonight. Dude, I said I'm in. Pick me up in thirty and don't honk the horn this time." Trey laughed.

"Trey Anderson." Mrs. Anderson barged in with a stern look on her face. My eyes widened and I quietly crawled down beside Treys bed.

"Mom! A little privacy." Trey whined. I chuckled quietly to myself. It was cute when he whined.

"Kids who spend over $200 on apps don't get privacy, or phones, or tablets." Mrs. Anderson said and took his things away.

"You forgot to cut off my air supply." Trey said, most likely with an eye roll. Nice comeback, Trey.

"Oh that can be arranged. Look,we're leaving for the gala soon so please be nice to the babysitter." Mrs. Anderson said.

"Wait Jenny's coming?!" Trey asked excitedly. I frowned and rolled my eyes. Trey has had a crush on my older sister since he first laid eyes on her.
