❤️Chapter 9❤️

The squawk from the seagulls outside the window wakes me out of my deep sleep. I look to my left and see Noah fast asleep, I grin and lightly kiss him on the cheek so I don't wake him up. I roll over onto my right side to face my bedside table and grab my phone off it's perch where it's been charging during the night. I see that my phone has had a restless night, as I scroll through the thousands of Snapchat, Instagram, WhatsApp, VSCO, and iMessage notifications. I smile when I see I also have a couple new emails telling me there are some new comments on my blog. I check Snapchat and update all my streaks, next I scroll through my Instagram and Twitter feed. Then I read the comments on my blog. Then I check my missed texts, I see a text from Alexiot on our bff group chat. Elliot said "hey Pennylicious wanna meet at JB's tonight?" Then I see that Alex said "Penny where r u?" Then there are about a million frantic texts from Elliot asking me where I am. I feel a pang of guilt in my chest! OHHH I forgot to tell Alexiot that I was at the hospital last night. I decide to text them both on our group chat.
"Hey Alexiot! I'm so sorry!!! I forgot to to tell you guys I was at the hospital last night! I'm so sorry! Xxxx" almost instantly my phone dings- a text from El, "WHAAAAAT?! PEN ARE YOU OK?! OH MY GOSH IM COMING OVER RIGHT NOW WHERE ARE YOU?!" I laugh and reply within a second! "Wiks, I'm okay I swear! I was on the pier last night with Noah and I fell, I ended up breaking my arm. Honestly I'm ok, Noah took me to the hospital and I got a cast xxx" next Alex replies "WHAT PENNY ARE YOU SURE YOURE OK?!" I smile, I love having such loving friends!! Then Elliot texts "I'm coming over what house are you at?" I smile "at Noah's house, but he's still sleeping. Don't worry, we will meet up later ok?" Elliot replies "ok. I love you"  "and I love you, and hey Alex? Don't let him go crazy!!" I say. Alex then replies, "don't worry Pen, I'm already on my way over to his house" I laugh "whaaaaaat?! YAYAAY" Elliot says. "Ok ok lovebirds! Gotta go Noah's waking up, byee💗"
Noah stirs, I set my phone back on the table but before I can turn towards him, I'm yanked down to the bed and I feel his soft lips on mine. I close my eyes and kiss him back, without warning a sigh escapes my lips. I pray that he didn't hear that, unfortunately my prayer isn't answered. Noah starts laughing then pulls away stuffing his head into his pillow and laughing. "Okay okay" I say I roll my eyes. "Ahhhh Penny, my life would be so boring without you" I roll my eyes again this time so he can see, "yeah yeah ok" he laughs one last time then kisses me on the cheek. "What day is it today?" He asks. "Ummm I think it's Monday" I reply with a laugh. To be honest, ever since I've moved in with Noah I've kinda lost track of the days. "Well, I don't have anything planned for today so what do you want to do?" he says. "ugh Noah you are such a disappointment!" I say, but before he can say anything I stop him with a kiss. He smiles and fireworks explode in my stomach, his dimples get me every time! "buuut Alexiot want to meet up at JB's tonight, so maybe I can ask them if they wanna meet for lunch instead? So that way we have the night to ourselves?" I suggest. His smile gets even wider "uh heck yeah! I love Alexiot, and JB's, and a night with you" He kisses me. We kiss for a while and snuggle close, eventually Noah coaxes me out of our bed, because we have to get ready!
