This one worked especially good in the tests. It's silly, but stick a spoon on your nose and close your eyes. Let your thoughts flow and bring on the ideas! This can be used when/if you have a writers block. If you don't know, to get the spoon to stick you have to lick it. To make it easier try eating fish beforehand. If you're a vegetarian I suggest beans, preferably black beans work the best. If you're wondering why you should do this it's because it's controlling your focus. You have to master the art of getting the spoon to stay and let all your thoughts turn to ideas. It's hard and sometimes frustrating, but if you stick with it it showed a BIG improvement.
