I might relate the quirks to @KHR_Tempesta11's idea, if you want to know what the idea was, you could check the comments from the last chapter.
I'm really happy that I was able to actually gather enough comments and ideas for the quirks and other opinions about my story ^^
Thank you for all the support and please continue to comment ideas. I may be able to insert them into the story and if I can't I'll probably make a omake. The ideas can be serious funny or anything really, either way, I will try to include everything \(^_^)/

"Lately Izuku has been working hard hasn't he, Tsuna?" Tsuna nodded at Izuku's mother's opinion as the two calmly drank their tea. It had already been 8 months since Tsuna had arrived in this world but he had only been able to find Mukuro, and lately Izuku seemed like he was going through a huge workout.
"Well, the UA entrance test is going to be held in 2 months time." Tsuna enjoyed having small talks with Izuku's mother for she was similar his wonderful mother from the past world.
"Mrs. Midoriya, I'm going to go see Izuku-kun." Tsuna grabbed his black trench coat that reached his knees and strode towards the door, Tsuna looked at his reflection on the mirror near the exit. He was wearing a plain white dress shirt and black slacks, he had gone to his original house and gotten his clothes, he realised he had been quite rich before he had commited suicide. Once Tsuna was satisfied, he left the house.
"IS THIS ALL YOU'VE GOT, BOY!?!?!?" Tsuna sighed when he heard a loud, deep voice coming from the beach,
'At least this person isn't as chaotic as my guardians...' Tsuna definitely miss all the ruckus that was caused by his guardians although it was troublesome. Tsuna slowly made his way to the beach and gaped at the amount of rubbish that had decreased from the first time he saw the beach,
"BOY, THERE IS ONLY TWO MOTNTHS LEFT!" Tsuna looked towards the loud man and saw a large bulky man. Tsuna saw a sweaty, tired looking Izuku and smiled
"How's your training going Izuku-kun?" Tsuna crouched down and smiled to the boy panting on the ground,
"T-Tsuna?" Izuku stared at Tsuna and stood up.
"Boy, who is this?" Tsuna turned to see the bulky man and sweat-dropped,
"Nice to meet you sir, I'm a friend of Izuku-kun." Tsuna gave his boss smile,the bulky man nodded,
"I am All Might, the number one hero." Tsuna oddly felt a déjà vu but shrugged it off.
"Tsuna, why are you here?" Izuku asked as he approached the other two
"Ah... I felt I was getting rusty so I can to search for a sparring partner." Izuku ogled,
"Izuku-kun would you like to spar with me?" Tsuna took of his coat and undid the top few buttons of his shirt.
"Eh, but I-" Izuku panicked and Tsuna pat his back and cut him off,
"Or I could spar with All Might." Izuku fainted and All Might laughed loudly,
"Hm?" Tsuna stared at the fainted boy and tilted his head in confusion.
-----------------Izuku P.O.V-----------------
When I woke up, I was beyond astonished, All Might and Tsuna were fighting. All Might was punching Tsuna at a high speed but Tsuna was successfully dodging them, what was his quirk again? I don't think I asked him last time...
*WOOSH*
The impact of their fight reached me although I had been meters away from the battle, I started to take notes, this was the first time I ever saw someone hold their ground against All Might. Tsuna blocked his right side when All Might swung one of his fists but...
*BAM*
I saw Tsuna get flung towards the sea and fall in, All Might laughed and turned towards me.
---------------Normal P.O.V----------------
"That is how to be able to guard yourself even if your opponent is much stronger, he hung on quite well but I used too much strength against the boy." All Might looked towards where Tsuna had landed and saw him swimming back to shore.
"You have too much strength, what are you?" Tsuna rubbed his throbbing right arm tenderly,
"Tsuna, he's the number 1 hero." Izuku said unbelievingly
"He is?" Tsuna stared at All Might and realised something,
"Isn't he the person that you have a figurine and posters of?" Tsuna remembered Izuku's room that was filled to the brim with merchendise resembling the bulky man.
"GAH!" Izuku turned into a bright red as All Might Laughed loudly,
"A true fan are we not, boy?" Tsuna smiled, he looked down at his drenched clothes,
"...Sir, you're paying the laundry fees." Tsuna told All Might who in return blinked (I think?).
"Izuku-kun, there's only 2 months left. Good luck."

I have an idea for a new story but I need to finish this story first, so I'm gonna have to think much more...
The new story will be a crossover between KHR and Pandora Hearts.
This chapter was short but no worries, I'll have longer ones the next time I upload.
This story will carry on until the fight at U.S.J with Shigaraki but I might write a sequel later on if I get enough people who wants to read it.
