"A quirk apprehension test?!" The students were changed in their p.e gear and on the field. The P.E grounds at UA were enormously huge, a track-field, long jump pit and many other equipments.
"What about the ceremony!? And the guidance counsellor meeting?!" Ochako questioned Aizawa,
"If you want to be heroes, we don't have time for frilly niceties." Aizawa answered
"You all understand the school's reputation for freedom on campus. Well, that 'freedom' goes to us teachers too." Aizawa grabbed a ball and started to throw it up and down.
"Softball pitch, standing long jump, 50 meter dash, endurance running, grip strength test, sustained side ways jumps and upper body exercises." Aizawa slowly started to head for the softball pitch dimensions
"The country hasn't gotten around to standardising those sorts of records or keeping track of average performance levels. Well that's negligence on the part of the Ministry of education, culture, sports, science and technology, in short, the MEXT." The students reached the softball dimensions and continued to listen to their teacher.
"Bakugou, how far could you pitch a softball in middle school?" Aizawa turned to Katsuki who was standing the closest to Aizawa,
"67 meters." Katsuki entered the dimension and Aizawa passed the ball at him
"Try using your quirk this time around. As long as you don't exit the circle, anything you do is fine." Katsuki stretched as he got ready to through the ball.
"Don't hold back." Aizawa stepped back into the safe zone and watched Katsuki get ready
"You got it." Katsuki replied as he took a step back to get momentum,
"DIIIIE!!!!!" As Katsuki threw the ball, it exploded and went flying through the air.
'.........Die?' Izuku stared at the ball that went flying
"Heheh, Izuku-kun, you shouldn't stare too much." Tsuna chuckled at Izuku who jolted and smiled sheepishly.
"Before anything else, one must know what they're capable of," Aizawa started as the ball landed on the ground,
"705.2 meters, this is a rational metric that will form the basis of your 'Hero Foundation'."
"That sounds like fun!" The students started to chat amongst each other excitedly.
"It looks fun you say..." The chattering stopped as all the students looked back to their teacher
"So you were trying to spend your three years here having a good old time? What happened to becoming heroes?" Aizawa released an unsettling aura that made Izuku feel uneasy.
"Alright, in that case. New rule: The student that ranks last in total points will be judged as hopeless and instantly expelled." Tsuna looked towards Izuku who seemed to be going through many thoughts
"...You'll do fine Izuku-kun, just....try your best." Tsuna whispered to his nervous friend, Izuku nodded slowly as cold sweat started to form on his palms.
'I'm still at all or nothing mode...I can't adjust it yet!' Izuku wiped his palms against his thighs and breathed in,
"Our 'freedom' means we dispense with students at please! Welcome to this.... DEPARTMENT OF HEROICS!" Aizawa smirked as he brushed his shoulder length hair back.

-------------------------------------------------

"So they got Aizawa for their home room teacher..." All Might sighed tiredly as he tossed Aizawa's profile onto the coffee table,
"I can't believe how unlucky he is, Aizawa expelled 154 students over the years..." All Might sighed again and left the office.

------------------------------------------------

"The kid who ranks last...gets expelled?! This is our first day here!!! But even if it wasn't, that's just too unreasonable!" Ochako exclaimed,
"Natural disasters, massive accidents, ego mad villains. All kind of calamities can happen when we least expect them, Japan's now positively drenched in 'unreasonable' and it's our job as heroes to reverse it all, and restore reason." Aizawa scratched his head lazily.
"If you were thinking of having a friendly chat at a cafe after school that's too bad.  From now on, for the next three years, all you can expect from your life at UA is hardship over hardship.  This is 'Plus Ultra' I expect you to pass these trials and climb to the top." Tsuna felt adrenaline slowly rise as the other students around him started to get ready for the trials.
"Now then, Bakugou was the demonstration.  Time to step up to the plate."
