During those years, Yui is now a "Switcher", basically, she can move from the real world to the virtual world, still wielding powers of a program and pixie while in a robot's body in the real world.
Many other switchers have been born.
Couples who can't have kids are using this to their advantage, to create a switcher of their choice and look, although they had to get used to playing VRMMORPG's now, they like it.
Asuna, Kirito, Yui, Suguha, Nagata and their kid are living together.
Since Sugu and Nagata love VR too, they made a switcher kid.
His name is Tokubetsu.
Meaning: "Special."
Well, what happens when Yui falls in love with her non-blood cousin?
What happens when Asuna & Kirito switch bodies, and Sugu & Naga?
And everyone who plays the game?
What happens when two switchers are the only ones who can save them by going through the core processor of a game that their parents played?
