"Where's!... Remus!!?!" Sirius panted, the pain becoming unbearable as the children came closer to seeing the outside world. "Just breathe, Sirius." Belatrix chanted. Easier said then done. "Where's,... ARHGG!!"

"I told you to breathe, Sirius!" With a frustrated Belatrix and an in labor Sirius, yelling was inevitable and Sirius just prayed the Remus would arrive soon and release him the pain of having to been in the same room as his cousin.

"How are you feeling?"

"Dizzy...... ARHGG!!....."

"Sirius! Oh god. I'm so sorry that I wasn't here." Remus arrived shortly after his husband had given birth, two beautiful baby boys. Remus firmly grasped his partners hand and rubbed circles on the side of his hand with his thumb. "Where are they?"

"Harry and Draco are dressing them. Oh, Padfoot, their so beautiful. They look so much like you. Same dark hair." Sirius smiled, trying his best to sit up. "Merlin's beard. Haven't been in this much pain since the first time I bottomed when we graduated." Remus helped his mate sit up properly as Harry and Draco walked in, each with a baby in their arms.

Harry gently se one of the children into his uncles arms, Draco handed off the other to Remus, "we'll leave you be. Tell us when you decide on names." Harry kissed Sirius' cheek and dragged Draco out of the room.

"That's right. Rem, these are our tiny humans. We get to name them." Sirius was overjoyed at the fact that he was allowed to put out the names of their children, something Lily and James forbid him from participating in when Harry was in the womb.

"Your adorable, Sirius. I was thinking Theodore. Theo for short." Remus nodded down to the baby in his hands. He was now fully awake, cooing up at his father, he had Sirius' dark hair, already very thick and beautiful pink cheeks. At the moment his eyes were blue, but where destined to change into a chocolate brown. Remus had started off with blue eyes as well, most newborns did.

"I quite like that. I'm fond of Tobias for this little one." He was sleeping soundly, curled up on Sirius' chest, a small snore escaping every now and then. "Sounds like a plan, love. Now all we have is 18 more years of parenting ahead of us."

Sirius tisked "We did perfectly fine with Harry, didn't we? He's engaged, graduating soon. I think we'll do just fine. Get him in here will you?"

"Harry, Draco, say hello to your new brothers, Theodore." He nodded towards the boy in Remus' arms. "And Tobias."

"I think our family is complete." Remus smiled, kissing Sirius on the head and trading babies with him, so he was holding the sleeping Tobias. "I think so."

"I think I'll call you, Vivían." Belatrix cooed at the girl in her arms. She had the same dark hair as the other two children Sirius had birthed, and because Sirius and Belatrix look so much alike, the girl could pass as hers.

She wasn't ever going to be able to have a child, and she had always wanted one. Also Remus and Sirius didn't need another, they had two on top of Harry. They would never find out and so it wouldn't matter really.

"What they don't know won't hurt them right?" After no answer from the newborn, she smirked "thought so."

A/N- so yes this character is long over due but finding the name for the twins was a challenge. It came down to Benedict and Fredrick, James and Joseph, and Theodore and Tobias. So yea.
