10. Curious

I went to home having the motive to get to the diary. My mom wasn't at home and dad too went to office to get the pension. So it's now a great chance to find that Andrew was talking about. I searched everywhere but couldn't find any sign of the diary. With a heavy heart I went to the roof to get some relief from all those things happening to my life. Soon I realised mom came from the sound of her footsteps. I looked down and saw her standing in front of a bonfire lit at the yard of our house. Mom was bringing out something from the bag and it's nothing but the diary. What the hell? She is trying to burn that. No no it can't happen. I will never be able to know the truth if it gets burnt. I ran down into downstairs but was alert so that mom doesn't see me. I threw a vase at the house to make her move from the yard into house. I was successful at fooling her. She didn't know that I would be home so soon as I have been coming home by evening for event preparation since last few days. And then as soon as I could I went to bonfire took the diary out before it gets burnt. I took it with me and thought not to get into the house. Or else mom would create nonsense again.

"Hello Kiara?"

"Yes Diana.'

"Are you at home?"

"Yes I am. You wanna come? Any problem?"

"Well yes I need to come to your house"

"Sure sure."

I took my car and went to Kiara's house. I knew in the meanwhile mom would understand all about the things I did to her to get the diary but no problem. For now the diary is important. I was so damn curious to know about all the things written in it. I was driving so fast and finally reached Kiara's house.

"Is everything alright Diana?"

"Things are actually not going good. By the way what about your fracture? It healed?"

"Yes almost. But Diana you first tell me what's happening."

I told her everything from top to bottom. I wasn't even hesitating to say her the truths of my life. I don't know there's something so deep I developed with her within a few days may be.

"And now this diary would lead me to truth." I said.

"Well so I think you should read now and know the truth as soon as possible" Kiara said.

THE DIARY HOLDS ALL THE TRUTH OF DIANA'S LIFE. AND IT WOULD BE DISCLOSED IN THE NEXT CHAPTER.
