Seàn's P.O.V

Sitting on my porch, my hands nice and warm from my hot chocolate.

All around me is the beautiful winter snow. The white glistening on my lawn.

I rock back and forth in my rocking chair. I examine he gorgeous and calming neighbourhood I live in. So soothing on this January morning.

My eyes wander to the house to the right of me. The tall, pastel blue house. I admire it's adorable little design, wondering whom could live there.

I look in the window near the top of the house, and see a figure. It rubs it's head and stomps it's foot.

I can clearly see that this is a man who had just gotten out of bed. Maybe even had fallen out of it.

I watch him put on his trousers and a sweater. And then makes his way out of the room, where I can no longer watch.

Felix's P.O.V

I step down the stairs as I scroll through my cell phone. My socks sliding on the wood steps.

Not paying attention, I slip and fall down the stairs.

"FUCKING ASSHOLE." I yell at myself.

I stand up and crack my back. I groan loudly. I look around, wondering if anyone heard me. Then realizing, I live alone.

Ever since I moved into this new home, I never really had the best of emotions. Always stressing, always getting hurt, always having bad luck.

Probably the fear of having a damn relationship.

Cry an I broke up 5 months ago. We lived together, but I guess we just weren't good enough for each other. So I had to move out, and now I'm here.

Speaking of the devil, popping up on my computer is a Skype message from Cry.

I sigh angrily, "How convenient to the story."

C: Hello Felix
F: Cry, what do you want
C: Can I just ask you about your new house? Your new life?
C: I thought this break up would at least allow us to be friends.
F: Well, I don't think so. Why do you care Cry?
C: I'm just curious about your new life
F: I'm not talking to you
C: Felix
F: I don't care anymore Cry
F: Fuck off.
[Felix is offline]

I feel a few tears in the corner of my eyes. I blink them away and sigh in anger.

It isn't easy getting over a break up with someone who seems to be "the one". Someone who happens to be your left arm when you are the right.

I brush it off and look out my front window. It's snowing, how nice actually.

I decide to step outside and enjoy this snow. I step out and take a deep breath.
I small smirk forms my face. Standing out on my porch, I close my eyes and stop thinking for a moment.

Seàn's P.O.V

I jump in my chair as I hear a loud banging of a door close. I turn my head quickly to the house next door, the one I looked at before.

I see that man outside on his porch. Standing calmly in his pink hoodie. I want to get a closer look at this man.

I turn my rocking chair around to face his house. I lean forwards. And more forwards. I get closer and closer to the wooden railing around my porch.

I place my hands on the edge of the railing. I get myself more interested in this man.

I unfortunately lean too much forwards, and accidentally pushing myself forwards and over the rail.

I am shot over the railing and immediately fall flat on my back onto the hard ground. Snow does not break your fall.

Everything is black as I groan and moan in agony. Fucking hell.

I hear loud footsteps rushing towards me. I stare at the white snow right in my face, breathing in the cold.

My body is forced around to face the sky. I see a blurry man in front of me. He tries to shake me awake. He stops and holds his hand out towards me.

"Fucking... Urgh...." I groan, not paying attention.

I focus more on the blurry man as he holds his hand out to me. I squint my eyes, trying to get a clear shot but fail.

"W-Wha... A-An-"

My vision clears before I finish my sentence. The man in front of me is the man in the pink hoodie.

He has blond hair to the side, ocean blue eyes, and a scruff of a beard. Along with a shining smile.

I take his hand and slowly stand up. I wobble a bit and catch my balance.

"Are you alright?" He speaks with a slight accent in his voice, "That was a hell of a fall there."

"I'm fine, thank you." I smile.

"Well, that was an introduction. My name is Felix, I live just next door."

He holds out his hand to shake mine. I grab it and shake it. After a few seconds, I'm still not letting go...? Let go, Seàn.

Felix thankfully tips his hand away from mine.

"Sorry about that," I apologize, "my name is Seàn.

"Nice to meet you. I'm glad to have someone near me to talk to." He smirks.

We go silent for a moment.

He speaks up, "How did you fall anyways? You weren't watching me... Were you?"

I feel red tickle my face, "What? NO! That's absolutely ridiculous, why would I be watching you?"

I laugh awkwardly as he cocks an eyebrow, "Okay.. Because your chair is face directly towards my house."

"Ah! Yes! That! Well I mean I was just going to look at my railing! Silly old thing seems to be breaking, yeah..!"

He nods his head. Felix give me a half smirk, "I hope to see you tomorrow, now I know you're here!"

I smile and thank him.

He starts walking away. I turn around and walk back to my house. I sigh heavily.

That was an interesting encounter.
