The Mocking Jay

Third Person

She watched from her hiding spot in Titan's Tower, observing the Titans especially Robin.

Her name was Mocking Jay. Protégé to Batman. She wore a body suit that was all black made of leather with a mocking jay on her chest. She wore a cloak similar to raven only a jade color, and a domino mask to keep her identity hidden.

It hadn't been hard to break into the Tower, Robin programed it to be exactly like the bat cave.

He never learns.... She thought to herself.

Its time to move in Mocking Jay. She told herself and with that she jumped down and immediately, the one known as Beast Boy, attacked her.

"Intruder! Sound the alarm!" Cyborg yelled.

Then the three other titans went and attacked her. She dodged Cyborgs rays and jumped on a peice of furniture launching herself up to Starfire, bringing both of them down. As they fell Mocking Jay managed to tie up Starfire's arms and legs.

She bolted away from her and jumped onto Cyborg's back plugging herself into his system and reprogramming him to dance around.

"Yo! Don't mess with my program!"

Mocking Jay was ripped off his back by Raven as she threw her a piece of the couch, her back hit the wall as Beast Boy was running at her full force as a rhino. She dodged last minute leaving Beast Boy to transform back into a boy and rub his head.

Starfire managed to break free and Raven pushed her up against the wall. Both hovered to her, Starfire's eyes started to glow and she had a star bolt at hand ready to attack if she escaped.

"Who are you and how did you get in to Titan's Tower?" she question Mocking Jay who stayed silent and looked down, making the hood of the cloak cover her face features except for her jade colored hair that stuck out at the bottom.

"Answer me." Starfire commanded.

"What's going on!?" A new voice yelled but Mocking jay knew that voice amd looked up.

Robin... She thought to herself.

"Mocking Jay?" he looked at her memories flooding back to him.

"You know her Robin?" Raven question him.

The other two titans joined them and started to question Robin all at once.

"How did she get past our sytem?"

"Why is she here?"

"How do you know her Robin?"

"Enough," Robin silenced them and he turned to Raven,"let her go."

Raven complied and set her down gently.

Mocking Jay pulled down her hood revealing her semi short jade hair and her black domino mask.

"Robin," she spoke strongly but her heart told her otherwise. She'd missed him ever since she left their team.

"Why are you here Jay?"

His stern voice made her flinch slightly.

"We need to talk. The team needs you-I need you to come back," she told him truthfully wishing she could stare at his eyes that were hidden behind his mask.

Robin motioned for her to follow him and they all went to the Titan's living room area to sit on the big couch. Robin motioned her to explain what she meant.

"To start off, I need your help, you're the only other person, other than me, thats qualified to run a team and since you left some...incidents happened." Robin listened carefully and also took in her features noticing how much she had matured. His mind blanked as he stared at her more through his black domino mask similar to hers.

"So will you come in?" Robin was snapped back into reality with her question. He pondered on the question giving in.

"Fine I will but the Titans need to come with me," he bargained.

"Deal. I'll let the team know we need to make room at Mount Justice and make sure the Justice League-" she was cut of by Cyborg and Beast Boy's fangirling.

"You know the Justice League?!"

"Can we meet them?!"

"Can I get their autographs?!"

Mocking Jay looked at them surprisingly and started to laugh.

"Guys," Robin got thir aattention," pack your things we're going with Mocking Jay."

Cyborg and Beast Boy ran to thier rooms yelling, Raven folling slowly, and Starfire lingered to look at Robin and Mocking Jay as they silently stared at each other. Once Starfire was gone Robin spoke.

"Come to my room we still need to talk," he got up and Mocking Jay followed him to his room.
