She's always been the girl of my dreams. I first met her at a restaurant, eating with my best friend, Luhan. The candlelight shone in the small, dark room and she immediately caught my eye. The waitress that served her had accidentally spilled some wine on her snow white dress, but yet she smiled at her and told her not to worry about it. She was the most beautiful thing I have ever seen in my life. Not to mention the kindest.
"Yah, Sehun. Aren't you gonna eat your food?" Luhan asked me, bringing me back to reality.
I smirked and nudged him, "Don't mind me, eat your own food, glutton freak."
I continued our meal in peace, my mind still wondering if the girl was still there. When we left the place, I took a glance at where she ate, but didn't see her anymore. I sighed and went out the door with Luhan. All of the sudden, a buff man bumped into us and the girl in front of us. She almost fell, but luckily Luhan caught her by the waist and helped her back up. I cursed at the man that ran away without even apologizing. Who the hell did he think he was?
"Are you alright?" I worried. My eyes widened. It was the girl from before.
She blushed gently and dimpled, "Yes. Thank you so much."
We saw each other frequently from that day on, our friendship strengthening each day. It was never us two alone, because Luhan would always tag along, but I didn't mind one bit. Or at least that's what I thought until one day Luhan tells us that he had invited his girlfriend up to our dorms for dinner. We oohed and aahed, making our poor hyung as red as a beet. The bell rang, and D.O went for the door.
"Oh, welcome!" he said to the lady. She bowed and went through the door.
Still laughing at my hyung, I quickly turned to see who it was. My smile quickly disappeared and I dropped my glass. My dream girl was in front of me. And yet I wasn't happy this time.
Luhan got up to introduce her to everyone, "So, guys, this is Min Hee, my new girlfriend." I stared in awe and was left speechless. Never had I thought that the girl I liked would end up with my best friend. The whole gang partied like crazy that night, forcing Min Hee to drink, and then followed by Luhan. I ate and drank in silence for the whole party, still upset at the fact that she ended up with him.
While I was sipping my beer, she sat beside me and snatched the bottle out of my hands. "Too much alcohol isn't good for you," she noted, "Are you sad about something? I noticed that you haven't said a word since I came here..."
I didn't know what to tell her. Instead, I tried getting the beer bottle back into my hands, "Give it back. You won't understand."
She lifted the bottle high up in the air so that I couldn't reach it and stared at me. "I won't understand?" she scoffed, "Fine. You want to drink your problems away, eh? I'll help you." She chugged the rest of the bottle, and then started on another one. Min Hee stopped midway and looked as if she was going to puke if she continued drinking, but did it anyway.
"Stop," I said, taking it away from her. Although I was a bit happy she was caring about me, I couldn't bear to see her harm her body like that. "I'll stop drinking," I said to her red yet appealing face. Oh gawd, she looked even cuter drunk. "That's good..." she slowly replied, then all of a sudden, she fell asleep on my shoulder. Guess she really isn't used to drinking, I thought to myself, smiling at her angelic face. I found my eyes gazing towards her lips (that were as red as her cheeks), and knew that this couldn't continue any longer.
"Hey, Luhan, take your girl away," I ordered my hyung. He arrived in no time, and picked her up by her legs.
"Man, what happened to you, honey?" he questioned, as if she were sober enough to answer him.
