"He's calling. What do I do?"
Lena shows the burner phone to her boyfriend, the all too familiar phone number appearing on the screen. The one person they both were scared shitless to be calling. Juice takes the phone from her and throws it into the cup of water left behind on the table, the ringing seizing instantly. Tears well up in Lena's eyes, a huge lump forming in her throat, making it hard for her to swallow. She wipes the tears trailing down her cheeks with the sleeve of the sweatshirt she stole from her boyfriend a few years back. Juice sighs and moves his chair right in front of Lena, softly rubbing her shoulders. His girlfriend was tough, it wasn't often she broke down in tears, especially right in front of him.
"I know that you're scared, I get it, okay? I'm scared too. But you're the one that wanted to run with me, right?"
Juice asks in a hushed tone. Lena nods her head, her heart beating faster than it ever has before, she was sure Juice could see her chest moving up and down through the sweatshirt.
"I know... but the flight doesn't leave for another 45 minutes, Juan. Anyone associated with the club could come down here and see us. And then if it gets back to Hap..."
Lena hiccups and sobs even harder, her whole body shaking violently. People around them start to turn their attention to the two of them.
"Hey, baby, you need to breathe. You're going to give yourself a panic attack and I don't want to see you like that right now, okay? I'm going to take care of you Lena. I promise. I love you."
Lena is still hysterical, a panic attack not far if her crying fit continues. Juice squats down to get right at eye level with her.
"Hey, look at me. Let me see those beautiful eyes that I fell in love with."
She looks into his big brown eyes and feels her heartbeat slow, the cold sweat that was brought over her body no longer there, and a sense of comfort.
"There they are. See, you're fine. I know you're scared, but I promise you that once we get to New York that you won't ever have to worry about anything ever again, Lena. Do you trust me?"
Juice moves her hands from Lena's face and wipes the tears away. She half smiles and leans forward to give Juice a kiss on the cheek.
"I trust you."
"Okay. Come on, let's walk to the gate so we can get on the plane right away."
Juice grabs the two bags the both of them brought and takes Lena's hand. She stands up and rests her head on his shoulder.
"I love you too, Juan."

"Good morning."
Happy comes out into the kitchen, grabbing a bowl from the cabinet and pouring himself some cereal. Lena looks up at her brother and laughs, shaking her head.
"What's so funny?"
"I just forgot what it's like living with you. Getting woken up at 3 am by some crow-eater getting the shit banged out of her."
A short blonde woman with huge boobs comes from around the corner in a piece of fabric barely covering her boobs and short shorts, her hair disheveled and makeup smeared on her face. Lena can't help but smirk and look down to her bowl of cereal to avoid the awkwardness.
"I'm going to get going, daddy."
Lena almost chokes on the cereal, both Happy and the blonde glaring at her.
