Friends

Jules' best friends name was Kay. They were best friends since 2nd grade. Kay has a boyfriend named Josh. Josh is always the type of person you can trust. You don't have to worry about him telling people anything. Jules was friends with Josh for quite a while too. Ever since they were in each other science class in 8th grade.  They were best friends.  Kay was fine with this because Jules also had a loyal boyfriend. Who's name is Brad.  Brad is the same age as Jules. He has dark brown hair with hazel eyes that Jules loves to stare into all the time. It's like looking into dark creamy chocolate goodness. Or, at least that's what Jules thinks.

Jules had just gotten into her new 2017 Black Ford Sports Car. She looked at her IPhone. 6:32.  Good she thought. She was wondering what she was going to get from Starbucks this morning. Hmmm.......
She was interrupted by her phone going off. The caller ID said "Unknown".  Jules didn't really think anything of it and declined the call. As she was going through the drive-thru at Starbucks her phone went off again. "Unknown" That's weird she thought. Why are they calling again. She answered, "Hello?"   No answer. "Helllloo?"  Still no answer. Oh well. Jules brushed it off and went on her way to school.
                     ***3 HOURS LATER***

Jules got a text from Kay, "Meet me at bathroom when it's lunch time".  Jules wasn't worried because they did this often when they needed somewhere Private to talk. Just as Jules made it to her locker to grab her stuff for math she got another text, " We need to talk" it was from Kay. Oh no. What now?                             
                         ***LUNCH TIME***
Kay was already in the bathroom by the time Jules got there three minutes early. "Hi!" Exclaimed Jules. Kay did not look amused. This was a shock because Kay is always happy and excited about the littlest things. I asked her  what was wrong and she started to cry. I went up to try and give her a hug and she shoved me back. "What?!?"  I asked. She looked me dead in the eye, "After all we've been through you think it's okay to cheat with Josh?!"  I had the weirdest look on my face. " I would never, ever do such a thing"  I exclaimed.  "Me and Brad have been dating since 7th grade!"   "I would never hurt you or him, I swear", I pleaded. She said "I knew you better than this it's just that...". "That what?!" I shouted.  "Josh said you guys did!"

Jules could not believe what she heard. Me and Josh were best friends. How could he? Why would he? These were all the things running through Jules' head. She had to think of a plan. After two classes she had one.

Jules drove home sobbing. She was relieved to see that neither of her parents cars were in the driveway. Jules dragged herself into her house not wanting to do anything. Why did he do this? Jules picked up her cell-phone and called Josh. "Hi Jules!" "Hey...." "What ya' need?" "Just come to my house."  Jules reapplied her Mac foundation since her face was red from crying.  She thought that she should call her parents to see when they were coming home.
Her mom said she'd be home at 11:00 and her dad said he would be there at 1:00. Okay Jules knew she would have plenty of time for her plan.
