*Chapter 2*
Macy was astounded to see who was standing before her. It was Joey.
"Hi! Joey? Is there something wrong?" Macy asked since he had a puzzled expression on his face.
"I forgot to tell you that this was my previous trailer." Joey announced. Then, he cussed at himself and shook his head in disgruntlement. For he realized how stupid it sounded.
"Okay?" Macy wasn't sure why Joey had brought this up in the middle of the night. He could have easily told her this later.
"Can we talk?" Joey inquired.
"Sure. Come on in." Macy replied, moving out of the way to let Joey enter and shut the door.
They were standing there in the quietness, both not sure what to say to the other one.
"I don't know how to say this?" Joey said, for he had been struggling on the words. "Some strange things have happened to me-dreams. I guess you could say. I met this beautiful, extraordinary, helping woman. She's nice, sweet and very caring. She also helps me out a lot. I just don't know her name though."
"That's good, Joey!" Macy responded, trying not to blush. "And?" Macy quizzed after Joey's silence and knew there had to be more.
"Well... I'm just wondering if this has ever happened to you?" Joey pressed.
"Actually. It has. I, too, have had some strange dreams. I met this handsome, wonderful man. He was so nice and caring and his laughter was melodic. To this day, I can still hear it. I think he was needing some help, but not sure what I could possibly do. But I'm trying my best to help in any way I can."
"Wow! Really?" Joey reacted, in amazement.
The quietness visited them yet again.
"Joey?" Macy questioned.
"Huh?" Joey inquired.
"Are you still wondering who the mysterious woman is?"
"Sorta of." Joey replied, unsure.
"The woman you were talking to... Well, helping you, kinda. Is... Me." Macy pointed out, as she glanced up at him and waited for it to sink in.
"Oh, OH...YOU?!" Joey remarked, trying to act surprised.
"Yes." Macy said in a shy voice.
"Thank you!" Joey exclaimed.
"For what?" Macy asked, perplexed.
"Just for being there." Joey concluded, as he noticed she was looking at something else and was poorly hiding her crimson color cheeks.
"You're very welcome!" Macy said, both of them exchanging smiles.
Once again it became extremely voiceless and they glanced at one another. All of a sudden, Joey went over to Macy and placed his hand on her cheek, which made her shivered. In surprise, Joey bent down to kiss Macy on her lips and before it was completed she stopped him.
"What do you think you're doing?"
"I want to see something," Joey revealed.
"Must I remind you we are both married and not together. I don't think our spouses would like or appreciate this one bit!"
"Consider it a present to you from me." Joey mentioned, as he was inches away from Macy's red lips. He then briskly closed the remaining gap with a sweet gentle kiss.
