Jellal's POV
"I said already I don't know them." I said softly enduring the pain that is coursing through my veins. For the past two hours, they tortured me and now they chained me up onto a chair, throwing me into the water several times. I took a few deep breaths before getting in the water. After a few minutes they pulled me up back onto the surface. Minerva came forward, grabbing my bangs up to her level. She cracked a smirk, "Now you'll tell me exactly what happened that day Jellal. The day where you murdered all those people in the fire."
My eyes widened, "Fire? Murdered?" She nodded, "Yes, you were a child back then. You don't remember?" My body was already shivering from the cold as they threw me back into the water. Few minutes passed, I was out and this time she forcefully lifted my chin up, "You murdered the nobles and even Kagura's parents." I looked at her, shocked, "Kagura's parents?"
"Not only her but other nobles as well. First you pierced through their hearts, crushing it till they pulp. Then you set the whole place on fire, making sure there was nothing left behind." I shook my head, "No that's not..." She pulled my collar up glaring at me, "Don't try to defy Jellal! You were the one that murdered them!" My eyes widened feeling too shocked, "I killed them?" She let go of me and gave a hard kick at my gut. I gagged out blood, "Kagura watched you killed every single one of them, including my own father. Luckily she managed to escape in time before the fire could get her. She told me everything about you murdering her parents, my father and everyone else too. Now do you understand why are you here."
Tears ran down my face, "I killed your father and even Kagura's parents...I don't understand...I don't even remember anything about killing people." She slipped out a knife from her waist making a slight cut at my chest, "I don't need your excuses!" Blood trickled out onto her knife, "I heard werewolves have great healing abilities, let's see how well it goes. I guess I'll have to start from scratch. I want to see you suffer, feeling the pain that has been in me all these years...YOU DEFILE WEREWOLF!!!!!"
TIMESKIP
Erza's POV
"Jellal!" I shot up from bed. I sank my head onto my knees, worrying about him. I hope he's doing okay there. Mira managed to contact her boyfriend, Laxus. We went over to his place and Mira managed to explain everything that happened. However, he couldn't do anything for the time being due to his work. Laxus, one of the Queen's trustworthy servant. A mayor who is handling Magnolia and what's even more surprising is that his grandfather, Makarov is our academy's principal. Magnolia is sure small, haha.
"Erza you're awake?" I turned over seeing Mira rubbing her eyes as she yawned slowly sitting up in bed. "You're not sleeping yet huh? Worrying about Jellal?" I nodded, "Yeah...and so are the boys. I hope they will be released soon." Mira patted on my back, "Don't worry about it too much, Laxus did mentioned that he would help us once his work is done. I believe in him and you should do the same too. Jellal will be fine. I'm sure of it." I smiled softly, "I guess you're right. What would I do without you Mira."
"Now, now, let's get some sleep so that we could think what to do next tomorrow."
TIMESKIP
Jellal's POV
I was battered, stabbed and hit many times. I was losing my conscious slowly. My senses were already numbed due to injuries I have now. She threw me in some kind of medicine that slows down my healing abilities. I whimpered feeling the hot liquid coursing all over my body. Then she gave several hits, cuts and even tried breaking my legs so that I won't be able to escape. I was left lying on the cold ground, in a cell. I can't even move nor feel anything. It was quiet for a while till I heard the someone entering the cell. My eyes looked up seeing Sting and Rogue standing in front of me. They gripped my hands and dragged me to a room, placing me on top of them table.
I got panicked when they tied my hands and legs tightly. "What are you..." Rogue covered my mouth using a dark cloth while Sting tied knots tightly, making sure that I couldn't move. I heard a snicker from the back. "Good job boys, I'll do the rest." Minerva entered the room, closing the door behind. "I'll make you pay, Jellal, so rest easy." I whimpered softly when her hand ran through my legs. "You are lucky that I didn't completely break your legs or else you'll be paralysed. Looks like the blood has stopped." She eyed at Rogue as he took off the cloth from me. I coughed several times before begging her to stop. "Just stop..." She grinned lifting her dagger high up. At that point, I felt my head spins, as I slowly remembered the day I was captured by those guys and was sold off to a cult. "Don't do this! Please stop I beg you!" I was begging the man to stop but he eventually went stabbing me deeply. That's where I lost my control and wiped out the whole lot of them.
"Please...stop...no don't..." I said. She cracked a laughter stabbing deeply at my abdomen. I cried out feeling the intense pain as I felt my back wet due to my blood flowing out. I shut my eyes tightly and tears streamed down my face.
Sting's POV
She pulled out her dagger, snickering, "He's still alive, no matter how I tried he's still breathing down there...argh!" I stopped her hand, taking the dagger from her, "That's enough milady." She glared at me, giving me a slap across the face. "Don't you dare touch me." she said stomping out of the room. "What are we going to do about him?" I looked down seeing Jellal breathing heavily and the blood was just dripping onto the floor in copious amount. "I say we just put some bandages and leave him back in the cell. I think milady has enough with this already." Rogue sighed, "Fine."
Wendy's POV
"So you tortured him all day and even stabbed right deep into his abdomen..." said Kagura while sipping her tea. "Yes, eventually he doesn't remember what happened after all." said Minerva. "I see, something must have happened to him, losing all his memories."
Minerva clenched her fists, "At least we got we wanted. Now all we have to do is to wait for the authorities to give the order of executing him." She grinned and Kagura snickered. "What about the rest of those fools. They seem to be close with Jellal."
"They are just a bunch of rats, they will be released tomorrow. I have already given them a warning about not causing too much trouble for us." Both of them kept silent, finishing their tea before Minerva stood up leaving the mansion. "I must be going."
"I'll drop by tomorrow at the headquarters. I want to see how he is after getting some treatment from you." She smiled, nodding her head, "Alright, since I have my fill, you can have yours. Just crush him like you always do, Kagura. That sword of yours would be the final touch for him." She left and Kagura got up from her seat, heading to her room. "Clean this up and do whatever you feel like. I'm done for the day." I nodded, "Yes, Kagura." She scoffed leaving the main hall as I went over taking the cups from the table and went to the kitchen.
She's been acting like this ever since she found this guy, Jellal. I'm sure she must have been hurt after seeing her parents died in front of her. But still...the look of his eyes and the tattoo seems familiar. Its bothering me for some time...is like I knew him before but what was it.
