Laxus's POV
I came over to the hall seeing Kagura standing with her back facing me. She was waiting with her butler as I walked down the steps approaching towards her. "Sorry for the delay." I apologised as she turned facing me with a smile. "Its alright, I just wanted to drop by, if you don't mind I would like to speak with you. It won't be too long." she said as I nodded at my servant, Evergreen. She escorted Kagura towards the diner hall while her butler decided to wait outside till she finishes. I caught a glimpse of Natsu, Gray and Gajeel upstairs, spying from a corner. I shook my head trying to tell them to leave before she sees them. They seemed to get the message and slowly walked away.
"Well I normally don't have visitors come by, its odd seeing you dropping by." I said as the tea was served on the table. She took the cup and sipped it. "I heard from someone who mentioned about you bringing the boys here and even Jellal, is that true?" she asked. I frowned, "I don't know what you are talking about." I said. She grinned, "Let's get straight here, I can tell who is lying or not, your eyes seems to be telling a different story Laxus." I smiled, "If that's so why don't you have a look around the mansion. Then you'll know whether I'm telling the truth or not. In fact, I just only met them halfway...I knew them because they are my friends and so is my girlfriend's." She frowned keeping quiet to herself while I finished my cup of tea. Then I grinned looking at her, "What if I really did tell a lie, what would you do Kagura?" She gritted her teeth as she drew out her archenemy aiming at me, "Where is that wench? I know you're lying Laxus and don't play games with me."
"Laxus!" said Evergreen as I grabbed her sword sliding it away, "Why don't you see it for yourself Kagura? YOu do know don't you?" She flinched walking away from the diner hall, "I shall see him for myself. I intended to kill him off like I always do with my other preys." She walked away. "Laxus what do we do? Why would you want to tell her that?" I laughed, "Not to worry, everything's going well according to my plan." Evergreen looked at me confused then she scoffed, "Well I do hope you know what you are doing."
Erza's POV
"Sorry Porlyusica I'll be going to the bathroom for a while." I said as she nodded while checking on Jellal. I closed the door and hurried downstairs quickly just to make sure Kagura doesn't find out that he's here.
Jellal's POV
"Grgh..." I grunted in pain the moment Porlyusica tighten the bandages over my wound. "Always getting into trouble, tell me what do you do other than that?" she said tightening some more till I yelped, "That hurts Porlyusica!" She finally finished wrapping, "You'll have to otherwise it will be loose when you start moving. Your wound is slightly getting better, but still I want you to rest properly till it fully recovers. I'll have to say what happened to you?" She sat down handing me the elixir. I drank it and handed back the small crystal bottle to her, "I was fighting against Simon and his friends till the hunters found me. It was all planned. They knew I was in the city."
She sighed heavily, "I knew it from the moment I noticed your bruises. They must have been torturing you for days till you were mentally affected." I looked at her and nodded, "But there's something I wanted to ask..."
"What is it?" she said as I breathed in deeply and asked her. "Why did you remove my memories that day?"
TIMESKIP
Erza's POV
That was a relief, I better head back quickly before Porlyusica starts screaming. Halfway I caught glimpse of Kagura walking opposite the hallway. I gasped realizing that she's somewhere near the guest room. "Oh no...Jellal..." I quickly run hoping that I could warn Porlyusica and Jellal before she finds out that Laxus is keeping him here.
Jellal's POV
"Why did you remove my memories that day?" She just stared at me with a saddened look in her face. "I have to." she paused before she could finish the whole sentence, "Its for your own good."
"So you were here after all..." I looked seeing kagura raising her archenemy from behind. I quickly grabbed Porlyusica before she could even land a hit on her. "Watch where you are landing boy!" she snapped as I snickered back. She took out her sword from the bed that she just destroyed, "Impressive you still managed to dodge my attack with that deep wound of yours." She swing her sword giving another attack. "Look out!" I pushed Porlyusica away just in time before her sword came crashing between us destroying the table. "Don't move too much or your wound might tear up again!" yelled Porlyusica.
"You stay out of this lady!" Kagura yelled. She moved her sword aiming at my abdomen. I quickly used my dark flames blocking her sword and backed away. I felt my wound was tearing up again. I grunted dropping onto one of my knees while clutching on my wound. "You're done for Jellal!" she yelled as she raised her sword getting her aim at me.
Erza's POV
I heard a loud sound coming from the guest room. Looks like I'm too late! I dashed right in the room and almost screamed seeing the scene in front of me. My eyes shot wide seeing Kagura's sword was at Jellal's neck. "Jellal..." I said as Kagura turned at me, grinning. "Nice to see you Erza..."
