A sad memory (chap. 5)

???: kensou.....kensou.....

A girls voice called out to the hunter. Her sweet and gentle voice ringed through his ear but every time he hears this kills him all over again.

???: kensou?....

A girl with light blue long hair and blue eyes came into the hunters mind a sad memory also began to spread. A memory of Him....
Killing her.

Kensou: Tia.....I'm sorry......

Tia: kensou?......WHY DID YOU KILL ME?!!!

Her voice screeched out and her eyes turned into red pupils and black sclera with red vians by the end of her eyes. A hand slowly went up her neck and grabbed her choking the air out of her as red tears began to came out her eyes. The hunter had no choice but to watch in horror. He looked at the owner of the hand and realized it was his own.

Ruby: kensou!! Kensou!!

The hunter snapped out of his horrible memory and saw Ruby with a very worried face holding onto to his coat. She seemed to have tried to snap the hunter out of his mind.

Kensou: Ruby?

He looked at her with confused eyes then he heard a loud roar of a beast he looked infront of him and saw Weiss using her glyphs to create walls of ice to block out the claws of the beast that chased them. But she was struggling to make more. Seeing this the hunter went to action. The beast began to sweep its claws at the last wall and it shattered. Weiss was thrown back a few meters but the hunter caught her in mid air. When they landed the both of them turned into red mist and they went to Ruby. Once they both turned back to normal kensou laid weiss down and then Ruby began checking her partner if she was hurt. Kensou walked back to the beast and pulled his sword.

Kensou: Crescent Slash of the Red Fang!

His sword glowed dark red and he swinged the sword a red crescent projectile fired out of the blade and hit the beast resulting a giant slash on its dragon chest. The beast fell down but was still alive, it slowly started to get up and its wounds beginning to close when it looked up its prey was gone. The beast growled and smashed its claw to the ground in frustration. It then smelled something much more worth and began tracking it down. Meanwhile Kensou, Ruby and Weiss were sitting down and have successfully escape the beast.

Weiss: Do you mind explaining why your spazzing out?

Weiss spoke while standing up and patting the dust off her skirt.

Kensou: sorry.........sorry

Ruby: you drop this

The hunter looked at the young huntress who was holding his scroll he took it from her palms and did a small smile of appreciation.

Ruby: and if you don't mind me asking? Who is Tia?

When he heard this a spark of memories filled his head giving him a headache. He rested his head with his palm and when Ruby saw this she immediately checked if he was ok.

Kensou: Ruby, Don't say that name......

Ruby: I won't I'm sorry

The hunter patted her head gently and said with a smile.

Kensou: it's alright......thank you....... It's not safe here anymore.....what I want you two to do is contact Ozpin and send a bullhead for immediate evac.
