Niall's Point of View

I woke up and Ada was in my arms with her hand on my chest. Was that blood? I pick her hand up and her knuckles are swollen, bruised, and there's small a amount of blood. She either hit someone--Harry--or a wall, which wouldn't surprise me right now. I kissed her hand and reached for my phone. No missed calls and no texts. I then reached for Ada's, no missed calls and no texts. Finally Harry left her alone. I'm sure he's passed out or Liam killed him but still, he crossed the line whether he was drunk or not. I'm just glad I wasn't drunk. The good thing about not getting drunk the night before is that I can wake up at a decent time. Nine o'clock and it's time to get ready for work. I can't remember if Ada has work today so I gently rubbed her arm where I once left marks for too long.

"Hey princes," I whispered, "do you have work today." She nodded and scrunched up into a little ball. "What time?"

"One." I ran the back of my hand down her face,

"It's nine right now, do you need me to take you home?" She nodded again. Ada slowly sat up and stretched.

"I need to call Liam, I don't know If my mom's home." Ada called Liam and spoke with him for a few minutes as I put on some clothes. She was turned the other way so she couldn't see me. I listened to her morning voice, it's unsteady and a little raspy. I could listen to it all day. I pulled a hoodie over my head, not bothering to put a shirt on since I'd be coming right back home and she spoke, "Are you dressed?" I chuckled,

"Yeah, you can turn around." She did and stood up. I laid her clothes on the bed that Liam handed to me the night before.

Ada's Point of View

I threw my stuff on the ground and hopped in the shower. Someone knocked on the door, "Ada? Where were you last night baby?" My mom sounded concerned as she heard me sniffling. I didn't realize I was crying. I cleared my throat,

"Oh, I just got back from Elisha's house. We stayed up pretty late. Sorry I didn't call you." I really should've called her last night, there wouldn't be as many questions while I was eating lunch with her. I put on my makeup that covered my weary eyes. It hurt touching anything. I should've just smacked Harry, my hand was so swollen.

"What are ya making?" I put on my happy face again. I remember a few months ago when I didn't have to pretend.

"Some chili. Is that okay?"

"Mhmm, that sounds delicious!" We sat down and Liam joined us. We made eye contact, knowing to keep our mouths shut from the night before. I hoped my mom hadn't gone in my room. She'd ask about the--

"So where are your bed sheets Ada?" Shit.

"I just had some bad dreams and I sweat through them Thursday night. Gross, I know." I laughed it off. "I have them in my closet right now, I'll wash them later."

"Are you sure you don't want me to wash them?"

"No!" I responded a little too quickly. I calmed down, "No, you've been working so much. Besides, I have to do some laundry today anyway."

"Okay." She smiled and continued eating. "What are you guys planning on doing tonight?"

"I think I'm just going to stay in and play some video games. I'm tired of seeing the guys." We all laughed.

"Yeah and I think Oakley might come over. We haven't hung out in a while and we have some homework."

"Finally going back to your geeky ways sis?"

"You're so funny Liam!" I threw my napkin at him.

"Mom! Are you going to let her do that?!" He threw his back at me and we laughed. It was just like old times.
