"You got this" Niall sighs nervously

It had been quite a long time, and finally Roman was getting out of the hospital. Niall had been planing what he wanted to do, and now that it's time he's nervous as hell. Niall sighs and smiles at the lady at the desk as he waits.

"Ryan should be bringing Roman out any minute now" The lady smiles

       Niall nods at her, the bright smile on his face growing bigger. It didn't take long before he heard small giggles fill the quiet room. Roman and Ryan ran forward and both tackled Niall in a hug. They all laugh as Niall hugs them back.

"Well someone is excited" Niall laughs as they let go

"Yeah" Roman giggles

"I'm gonna miss you" Ryan says, wrapping Roman in a tight hug

"Maybe you can come over! Right Niall?" Roman asks as he hugs back

"Of course" Niall smiles

      Roman and Ryan squeal excitedly, they look like children who's parents says they could have a sleepover. It was like haven to Niall, seeing Roman so happy with his new best friend. Ryan lets go and waves goodbye.

"Bye" Roman waves back as he intertwines his hand with Niall's

"Bye" Niall says as he leads Roman outside

       Ryan waves goodbye and goes back to work as Roman and Niall leave. Niall leads Roman to the car, which Martin let him borrow for the day. Niall gets in the drivers seat and Roman gets the front seat next to him.

"I'm hungry" Roman says

"Ok, we can pick up some food and go to the park or something" Niall suggests

"Yeah! Let's eat by the pond at the lake. And can we get some bread for the ducks?" Roman asks

"Sure" Niall smiles as he starts the car and starts driving

Roman turns on the radio as Niall starts driving away from the hospital and to their favorite restaurant. Roman finds a station he likes and starts singing along to the song playing. Niall smiles as he drives, wanting to look at Roman but having to keep his eyes on the road.

          Roman quickly tells Niall what he wants and Niall orders the food from the drive through. It doesn't take long so once they get there food Niall starts driving again. Roman hums along to the song on the radio as he checks his twitter and Niall drives.

"Come on Niall" Roman says as he runs over to the small pond

"I'm coming" Niall laughs

       Niall sits next to Roman in the cool grass by the pond. The few ducks in the water look at them curiously as they start eating. Niall takes this moment to quickly eat while all is silent. They eat in a comfortable silence, the breeze ruffling their hair.

"Lets feed the ducks" Roman says as they finish

"Ok" Niall says as he grabs some bread and hands a bit to Roman

       Roman stands up and crouches by the pond, throwing some bread to the ducks. Niall crouches next to him and decides to finally ask Roman what's been on his mind. Roman looks up and smiles at Niall, so he decides to speak now.

"I have a question" Niall says

"What?" Roman says as he gives his full attention to Niall

"Would you like to be my boyfriend?" Niall asks nervously, biting his bottom lip

"Of course!" Roman says loudly, tackling Niall

      They both start laughing as they sit up and wrap each other in a big hug. They both smile brightly, not breaking the tight hug. Niall sighs in relief and closes his eyes, feeling a soft kiss on his cheek.

"I love you" Roman says, pulling back a little

"I love you too" Niall says, connecting their lips in a sweet kiss
