The Pure Demon

Report to the Boss

The girl appears near the tower walls, out of view of the guards.

She chuckles demonically to herself, "Those stupid humans will find out soon enough.."

With that, she creates another portal and walks though.

Her black heels click against the red and black stones as she makes her way into a large palace, decorated in red stone and black ribbons. She stops infront of a black diamond throne, her voice is rather demonic yet quiet, "Father, I have news."

A booming demonic voice responds, "What is the news?"

She speaks up while fiddling with her red dress, "Aurora is going to block us from the forest. The town of light is going crazy about it."

"Hm," he grins, "good job Ash. We can't have them block us from everything. Now then, you will be crowned lord tonight."

She nods, "Yes Father."

"I know you will not fail me," he says with a smile, "I know you were trained well."

"But-"

"But what? I've been wanting my daughter to take my place for 5 years!"

Ash responds, her voice softer, "Yes, I know, but I have only had guard training. I think I should stay head of the guard, at least until I find a good replacement for myself."

"Very well, m'lady," he chuckles, "Have fun."

Ash nods and dismisses herself to go back to her duties.
