Chapter 21

Damon is pinning me on the bed and is playfull nibbing on my earlobe.

My cell vibrates and I reach to pick it up. Giggling, I recieve it.

"Hello?"

"Hey, Annette. You home?" comes Elena's voice from the other end.

"Uh, yeah. I'm home."

"Great. Now open your door.", she orders.

"Elena, I am feeling too lazy. Use the key under the pot outside and come up to my room", I tell her. I wink at Damon who is deliberately trying to put his hands under my shirt just to annoy Elena. I know she's gonna freak out when she'll see us on the bed and to top it up, Damon is bare chested. I decide to play along with him.

I hear Elena open the door and call up.

"Hey, Elena. Up here." I shout.

I hear her coming up the stairs. There are two sets of footsteps. I guess its Bonnie with her.

She opens my door with a smile but seeing us together on the bed, her smile turns into horror and Damon smirks, satisfied.

Stefan follows behind her and he too is shocked, jaws dropped.

"Damon, what did you do with her?", he asks, his voice cold.

"You know brother, some hot and heavy sex." He smirks at Stefan and kisses with loudly.

Elena regains her momentum and spoke " Annette, I came here to apologize for that day. Maybe I was harsh but what is this that I see?"

"Elena, you've found Stefan and he you. As for me, I've found Damon and he me", I say, grinning like a fool.

"I am not sure what to say", Elena said, perplexed.

"Hey, brother. Why so shocked?", Damon says, teasing Stefan.

"Annette did he hurt you?" Elena questioned.

"No Elena. I am actually good in bed than your bunny eater", Damon answered on my behalf.

"Oh, shut up, dick", Elena throws back at him.

I get off from the bed and hold Elena's hand.

"Elena, I know that you don't like Damon. But you have to accept as well as respect the fact that I love him and he loves me. Please, I'm not asking for much. Damon is not bad, Elena." I speak to her, sincerely.

"Yeah, you're right. Its your choice. And if you like him then I guess, its up to you. But just don't let him hurt you. In any way." Elena states.

"I know", I say and give her and Stefan a reassuring smile. Stefan is still impassive like before. He says nothing.

Damon walks to me and wraps his hand around my waist pulling me closer to him.

"Just get over it, brother", he says to Stefan.

Stefan narrows his eyes at Damon and Damon is being his cocky self.

With the confrontation over, we head back downstairs and find my mom in the kitchen.

I nearly get a stroke. Was she here the whole time?

"Oh hey, mom", I call.

"Hey Ann. Oh, you've got friends over", she exclaims as she sees Elena, Damon and Stefan behind me.

"Yeah, they just dropped by. Mom, this is Elena and Stefan and ofcourse, you know Damon already.", I introduce.

"Pleasure to meet you, Ms. Davis", Stefan greets and takes her hand. Elena follows after.

Damon comes and stands beside me and speaks to my mom, " Ms. Davis, nice to meet you again", he smiles his dazzling smile.

"Likewise, Damon", mom returns the courtesy politely. "You know what, go out with your friends. Hang out", she says to me.

"We are going to our place, Ms. Davis", Damon informs my mom.

"We are?" I ask him questioningly.

"Yes we are", Stefan answers.

Waving my mom goodbye, we exit the door and Stefan goes to his car, with Elena trailing behind him.

"Uh, guys. I think I'll take my car", I call out to them.

"I'll drive", Damon declares.

Gladly, I toss him the key and get over to the passenger side.

I get in and Damon starts the ignition.

"You know, we can make out in the car itself", he says, suggestively.

I roll my eyes at him.

"I won't", I tell him.

"You won't be able to resist my body", he smirks.

"Try me, " I challenge.

"I will, someday", his voice confident.

Soon, we are at his place and he opens the door for me. How sweet he is. Before I can keep my feet on the ground, he scoops me up in his arms and we enter the great room.
