.... I pulled away as quickly as I could. He took the hint, and before I could say anything; he decided to chime in with, "Why don't you want to kiss me?" I paused and opened my mouth to speak, but I couldn't decide what to say. He asked my why I didn't want to kiss him, but I did. Then again he was probably wanting an explanation as to why I didn't actually kiss him. So I ended up saying, "because". Genius I know. I stood up and began to leave. As I approached the door I looked back over my shoulder and smiled at him. I did this to say goodbye without actually having to say it. He squinted at me and turned his head flipping through channels on the TV to find something new to watch. I turned the door knob and just as I stepped out I heard Zac say, "I know why you didn't kiss me." The way he said it infuriated me. I mean he just... ughhh. I turned around with my arms crossed and made it clear he was annoying me; "What did you just say?" I managed to let out as I was grinding my teeth and boiling with anger. He looked at me as if he was proud of making me angry and explained "You didn't want to kiss me because your scared. Your scared you aren't going to be as good of a kisser as I am so you saved yourself the humiliation and walked away. Which is fine, I understand if your to chicken." After he was done explaining my supposed feelings he smirked at me. What a jerk. I walked over to him bent down so my face was close to his. I grabbed the back of his neck and pulled him even closer towards me. Then I kissed him, as best as I could. When it was over I looked at him quickly before saying "Who's the good kisser know?" and walking out of his apartment. I was glad I left him speechless, that's what every girl wants from a man.

As soon as I came in the door Carly was sitting on the couch waiting for me. I felt as if I had been out past curfew and my mom was waiting to yell at me. Only it was my best friend waiting to see if I hooked up with this mysterious guy that she hand picked for me. "So how was it? Do you like him? Did you ya know?" Carly asked with a tilt of her head and a rise of one eyebrow. "No Carly nothing got to serious so you can just stop right now. But I mean I did kiss him though." I said as I turned around to face Carly and away from the door. The look on her face was priceless. Her jaw looked like it was going to hit the ground. After the statement sunk into her brain she screamed, "OMG" repeatedly. I tried to calm her down and keep her quiet. I knew Ryan was trying to sleep, but he was woken anyway. Ryan walked out with a baseball bat in his hand and wearing nothing but underwear. "WHAT IS IT" he yelled looking around frantically and tossing the bat over his shoulder , ready to swing. Carly and I couldn't help but die laughing. "No honey, nothings wrong I just got a little excited. Sorry." I smiled at Carly and anticipated Ryan's response. "Well Carls you scared the crap out of me! Just shut up out here." It was better not to argue with Ryan when he was tired so Carly told him just to go back to sleep which he agreed to do. "Okay so tell me everything." Carly exclaimed sitting criss-cross applesauce and placing her hands on her knees. She looked like a little kid on Christmas morning. Waiting for their parents to be ready to watch them open their gifts. I told Carly every single detail, and she loved every second of it. Just the only thing that she asked me that I couldn't seem to answer was this, "Well are you going to see him again?". This question puzzled me. I didn't know what I should do. Or let alone what I wanted to do. So, I told Carly I was going to sleep on it and hopefully figure it out by morning. Carly told me to get some rest and said she had something to give me the next morning. I wonder what it could be? I told Carly goodnight and fell asleep almost immediately. Wow. What. A. Night.
