Chapter 1

"I refuse to believe that you a young lady want to leave and become a scout!" My mother and I were having an argument.

"I will join the scouts mom!" I yell.

"Why won't you stay home with your little brother and Mikasa? Like a good girl!"

"Maybe I'm not as good as you think mom!"

"You are a foolish girl!"

"Why can't you let me protect the people I love?!!!!" I scream.

She stood in shock over how loud I yelled.

"Why won't you let me care about you? And keep you safe because our dad can't seem to do that simple job!" The room went silent for a little. "I'm leaving tomorrow morning... Goodnight..."

"*sigh* Goodnight..." she whispered.

I walk to the bedroom that Eren, Mikasa, and I had to share. I saw them standing near.

"Sis are you really gonna leave and join the scouts?" Eren asked with tears brimming his eyes.

"Y-yes I'm leaving tomorrow..." I say. I look and see them start to cry. "Hey guys don't cry for me. Eren didn't you say that you were gonna join the scouts?" He nodded. "The we will see each other soon I promise to visit as often as possible. Now go get sleep." I say and kiss there foreheads.

~Next morning~

I pack my bags and head to the kitchen where breakfast was ready. Mom looked up to me.

"So you're really leaving us?" She said tearfully.

"Y-yeah...I wanted you to know I love you Mom." I say.

"I love you to sweetheart." She said. I ran to her and gave her one last hug. Then Eren and Mikasa came out.

"Good morning Eren and Mikasa. I'm sorry but I have to leave now. Eren please take care of Mom. And Mikasa please take care of Eren." I say and they nod and run to give me hugs. "I'm gonna miss you both!" I say.

"We'll miss you too!" They say in unison.

"Goodbye!" They all said and waved.

And with that I was off.

~Time skip~

As I kept moving on with my journey I heard loud screaming. I run in that direction to find a titan cornering a scout.

"HELP ME SOMEONE!!!!!" They yell.

I stand in front of the man. I didn't have any weapons besides a small pocket knife. But I had a power that was to......................

Connect to titans as in if the titan is calm I can make it do what I want.

I put my hands in the air to signal I had no weapons it came closer to me I put my hand on its nose. And whisper something into its ear. Then it collapsed and died.

I turn around to see if the man was alright.

"Sir are you ok?"

"What was that? You're a monster!!" He yelled.

"Wow what a nice way of saying thanks you saved my life!" I say sarcastically. Then I was tackled to the ground by another scout.

"You're coming with us lady!"
