Doughnuts,Dates & Unexpected Drama!

'Its not like I'm 14 running off from everything'

I snap awake to my phone vibrating its arse off.
GRRR! Stupid phone. Sleepily I pick it up, blinded by the brightness.
Wow! 12 missed calls, a dozen texts & social media messages. What on gods earth have I done?!? Oh yeah... Last night.
*vrum vrum* *vrum vrum*
Ashley was ringing me. I answered as soon as I realised.
"Hello?"
"Hi Me & the guys are on our way to pick you up. We won't be long. Have your stuff ready to go."
"Go? Go where? My beds comfy..."
"Charlotte!"
"What? You can join it sweetie, it's lovely & warm & I promise I don't wear much to bed..." Damn sleepy me was flirty... Or 'in any means' persuasive.. I wasn't sure. I mean I'd love Ashley in my bed but right now... Sleep sounds good.
"Charlotte! Not now. Haven't you seen?" His anxious tone set me on alert & suddenly I was wide awake. Ffs.

"Obviously not." I replied at bit too sarcastic but I had just woke up!

"Everywhere is blowin up over you. People wanna know all about you, us & what happened to cause my outburst. You can't tell them. Andy will get hate thus leaving the band to get hate. You don't want that.."
I was amazed. Me ? Causing fuss on the web. Woah. First. Then again so is dating a rock super star.
"So why have you woke me at this ungodly hour to run off into the sunset with me?" Ooo I liked the sound of that. "On second thoughts, how long you gonna be?"
He chuckled & said bout half hour or so, depends on traffic. He hung up, telling me he'll explain all when he's there.
So I got up & tried to dress suitably.
Really?! I have only clean Black Veil Brides band tees. Guess I'll just wear that & look like a crazy fangirl. Oh who cares? I can support my favourite band can't I? Even if I am dating the bassist! Can't I? Maybe I do need help...

I picked up my iPhone & unlocked it. It opened Facebook right away due to the notifications. I shouldn't look. Ashley told me not to. Oh well, it is my Facebook. I look at my messages. Loads of unknowns trying to befriend me & get info & freebies. Huh. That ain't so bad. Oh. That's not so nice. Some 'Purdy girl' was claiming ash didn't like me & he was hers or else. And another threatening one. And another. This one on bout what Andy will do. Jeez, I had enough & worse at high school. I went into my normal messages. I had three. One from Alice. One from Matthew & one from J. Guess Matthew noticed me finally. I used to have a huge embarrassing crush on him. He's the reason I found Black Veil Brides so it wasn't all bad.
'dating Ashley huh? Guess you win.'
'Win?'
Woops. Didn't think. Sorry Ashley, but he's a friend.
'Yeah. Every relationship I've been trying to be better than yours & get your attention. You're beautiful, Charlotte. You always have been. I can't believe I didn't act sooner. Kate's pretty but so shallow. You have great depth to you. Don't lose that in the stardom world okay?'
'Okay. To be honest You've always had my attention. But yeah guess I have won. I still can't believe Im dating Ashley Purdy. Ashley is awesome. Free merch too. I'm kidding. Though if you'd have admitted this sooner I guess I wouldn't be here now so thanks' I joked.
Matthew & me chatted on drifting from topic to topic.

Before I knew it, Ash was ringing telling me they're almost there. Shame. That was the longest conversation I've ever had with Matthew without feeling I'm forcing the conversation. Weird. Oh well better pack real quick.

I grabbed my chargers, some clothes & my laptop & video camera. I go nowhere without it especially being a youtuber. Even with a small number of subs... Hey I wonder if that's gone up. Ill check later but I'm pretty sure I was going to have to think of my 1 million subscribers video much sooner than I ever dreamed. I was bearly at 1000 just a few days ago!

Shortly after I was ready & waiting for the boys. So I promised myself I'll deal with Alice later as it may take a while & decided to take some ideas of videos to do now I actually have a decent audience...

The guys came & Ash took my stuff to the bus. It felt weird. Probably to them too seeing their own faces staring at them all over my walls. No one said anything about it though. Cc was saying how weird it'll be having a chick on tour with them where Jinxx & Jake just joked about not making too much noise!! As if. Andy was outside in the bus waiting. Still not in the best of moods with me. Well screw him hey?

Ashley restricted me to my house until everything was ready & he could give me the grand tour. He started by slowly walking me hand in hand to the bus. It was huge.
"Wow it's so big" I sarcastically exclaimed. I'd already seen it so many times before & after concerts & come on,I'd literally been inside already. But I didn't want to spoil Ashley's fun. He's perked up so much since the brooding creep I saw at blue banana and I've been informed it's because of me. Lucky me hey?
"That's what you'll be saying later" he said with a wink to which I elbowed slightly embarrassed. I was probably red. Ashley stuck his tongue out so I poked him.
"Hey I'm ticklish!" He exclaimed.
"Fun" I said with a evil smirk he never questioned.
"Shall we actually go in now? The guys are waiting..." I rolled my eyes.
"I was waiting for you to allow me, for you restricted me remember?"
"Oh yeah" he smirked, opening the door to the bus where Andy sat stroppy, Jinxx & Jake were playing Xbox & cc smiling at us on the phone.
"I don't know why you didn't just let me in. I've been here before las-" he sushed me by putting his finger to my lips.
"Don't ruin this. I wanna give you a tour" he childishly stropped. He was so cute.
"Fine." I said rolling my eyes.

Ashley took my hand, pointing to the very room we'd eaten pizza in after the hotel practice room session.
"This is the lounge. Mainly used for games, breakfast & pizza." He explained matching my sarcasm by pointing to the games, tiny fridge and cupboard and the table at which we'd eaten at.
Cc then shooed us away for noise as he was on the phone so Ashley lead me to the loo.
"So romantic Ashley" my sarcasm was at its finest. I even faked a swoon.
"Oh I couldn't resist m'lady" he chuckled. God I love that sound."nah I thought you'd need to know for when you need to go..."
"Of course"
"Let's just move to the bedrooms?"
"*gasp* this is all so sudden Ash." I joked.
"Oh give over. You can't wait to get you hands allll over this"
I just raised my eyebrow. I couldn't argue. I'd been dreaming about it for years... Of course never ever thinking it'd happen.

The bedroom was simple. 5 beds. two bunk & a single but you could tell who's was who's or at least I could. The first bunk was Andys & Ashleys. I could tell because Andys (the bottom) had a little stuffed kola with a leather jacket on. Ashley had cut up pics of pornstars around his top bunk.
"Ignore those." He said trying to cover them up like I didn't know him or that he was tall enough. I mean come on there were ones on the roof.
I giggled and check out the other bunk. It was Jake & Jinxx'. Jinxx & jake had their names carved in & photos of family Id seen most holidays over Twitter & Instagram.
The solo bed was Cc's. Cc had photos of his family & pug and bandanas all over it.
"Where am I gonna sleep?" The bunks were bearly big enough for the guys.
"That's all been thought of. In here." He gestured to another room. It was a spare for if their girls wanted to join them for a bit. Again you could tell who'd been where.
'Purdy princess' as someone had scribbled on hadn't been touched. I stuffed my bag under the bed & jumped on to it. It was comfy enough.

"You'll be fine here. We will look after you."
"I don't see why this is necessary. I'm fine at home. I have my job to go to! I have family not 10 minutes away. My friends will come over if needed."
"Trust me. This is for you. Plus it means we get time together. I never did asked your Skype adress."

I gave in. I'd always dreamed of touring with the guys. I don't know why I fought it. It's not like I'm still fourteen running off from school & my parents. I'm an adult with a job. Good job I called in a couple favours & got a couple days off for post-concert depression!
Go me. I'll live this fantasy for a while.
