*Ashley's POV*
Today is the day I audition for The Next Step Studio.
I walk into the studio and walk over to the 2 adults with the clipboards.
"Hi, I'm Ashley" I say nicely
"Hi Ashley we've been expecting you" says the girl adult
"I'm Kate and that's Chris" says Kate pointing to Chris
"Nice to meet you" I say looking around
I walk over to a group of girls and say hi.
"Hi I'm Ashley" I say to everyone
"Hi" says a girl with short blonde hair
"I'm Emily, that's Stephanie, Riley, Giselle, Chloe, and Tiffany" says Emily
"Are you like a group or.......?" I ask
"Ya we're the E-girls" says Emily
"Why E-Girls?" I ask curious
"Because all of our names end with a E sound" says Stephanie
"Emil-Y, Tiffan-Y, Rile-Y, Stephani-E, Chlo-E, and Elli-E" says Emily
"Cool!" I say nicely
"You want to hang out with us?" Asks Riley
"Riley!" Says Emily obviously not wanting me around
"I'll just go over here" I say walking over to a group of guys
"Hey I'm Ashley" I say to then getting a bit annoyed of having to keep saying my name.
"Hi I'm James, that's West, Eldon, and Daniel" says James
Before I have a chance to say anything Kate calls group 4
"Ok group 4 is Giselle, James, and Ash-" says Kate before someone comes into the room and cuts her off
"Are the A-troupe auditions in here?" Asks a blonde haired girl wailing into the room
"Hi I'm Michelle" says Michelle shaking Kate and Chris's hands
"Can we talk in my office please?" Asks Kate
About 10 seconds later I see Emily marching into Kate's office.
I ignore them and keep talking to the guys.
"So where are you from?" Asks West
"California" I say happily
"Cool, are you a good dancer?" Asks James
"Er..? I think so" I say laughing
"Do you know h-" says Daniel before Eldon cuts him off
"Hey Emily!" Says Eldon while Emily walks up to us.
"Hi" says Smily annoyed
"Are you doing anything this we-" says Eldon before Emily cuts him off
"No Eldon I won't go out with you" says Emily annoyed
Eldon backs off and Emily walks over to me
"We've decided you can be a E-girl, if you make it into A-Troupe" says Emily
I nod and she walks back into Kate's office.
"Ok everyone this is Michelle and she will be auditioning for A-troupe in group 4" says Kate
Everyone mutters some stuff and then Kate announces group 4 again.
"Ok group 4 is Giselle, James, Michelle, and Ashley in that order" says Kate
Giselle and James dance great and then it's Michelle turn.
"Ok Michelle your up" says Kate
Michelle goes up and dances amazing.
Then it's my turn
I go up and do a front aerial and do some flips. Then I show some technique because dancing isn't all about flips.
I finish and everyone claps.
"Your awesome" says Eldon
"Thanks" I say outta breath
Kate and Chris go talk and Emily walks over to me.
"Good Job E-girl" says Emily
"But I haven't made it into A-troupe yet?" I say confused
"Ya but you will your an amazing dancer" says Emily sweetly
I thank her and walk over to the rest of the girls.

"Your amazing" says everyone
"Thanks" I say back
"Ok everyone we've made our decision and we had to cut some great dancers but I have a feeling this is our year for regionals" says Chris
Chris puts up the list and everyone runs over to it.
Emily takes it off the wall and reads it aloud
"A-Troupe is Emily, Stephanie, Tiffany, Riley, James, West, Eldon, Chloe, Michelle, and Ashley" says Emily saying Michelle's name in disgust
I smile a huge smile and run over to the E-girls and they give me hugs and say good job.
Giselle walks over and a tear escapes her eye.
"Don't worry I'll find a way to get Michelle out of A-troupe and you back in" says Emily
I find that a bit mean but she's probably kidding.
