Ch.6

Seeing her walk down those stairs made my heart flutter. I felt my face get heated as I was staring at her and my mom made it obvious that I had spoken of her. As we where about to sit down at the table Kiley helped the triplets sit and I saved her a seat beside me. After we said grace she helped me fix my siblings plates and all I could do was stare at her in admiration. When we finished the lovely meal that her mother had prepared our parents begin to talk. We then excused our selves with the kids and went up stairs to a bedroom that had a huge flat screen, bean bag chairs, and a sofa. She put on Bambi and they where out in a matter of thirty minutes this gave us time to talk and get to know each other better. I learned that we had a lot of favorite things in common; foods, color, taste in music. We talked about our goals in life and where we wanted to be in 5 years. She told me in five years she wanted to own her on home and be a successful nurse. No where in that picture did it include dating or being married or have a family so I questioned it. She was hesitant to say anything at first and I told her if you do not wont to say any thing you do not have to. She proceeded to tell me that she has been picked on all her life with her size and she has been told by many of people that nobody would ever love her or care for her, because she was so fat. Some of theses people where her family members and people from school but she never told her parents in fear of how they would react. She also told me that I was she told about how she felt about relationships other than her best friend since birth, Kierra. When I looked down at her I saw tears streaming from her eyes, her head was on my shoulder. I wiped her tears with my fingers and made her look me in my eyes as I told her she was beautiful and any man would be lucky to have her. She smiled her beautiful sweet smile at me and put her head back on my shoulder and there we fell into a peaceful sleep with Bambi still playing.
