Our Senior Project

The next day, Mrs. Huey stopped by and they began the paper work on the adoption of the kids. My father explained to them the situation and he had to take a blood test with the kids. As soon as they came back they where released to my parents because the kids already knew them and their background checks came up great. So now I have a full family with Kara,Kaegan,Kaylee, Kristian and Riley. Once our parents left, they where able to take the kids with them. That left me and Cody alone for the reST of our stay.

FAST FORWARD TO DECEMBER

As me and Cody pack our stuff we realize how many memories and events have taken place since we've been together. What he doesn't know is that I often wake up when he is at work in a nightmare and think about the attack. I try not to let it show because I don't want him to worry. I have to go see a doctor this week before we leave just for precautions and that will happen while Cody is at work. After that we are of to take couple pictures and YESS we are official since September.

FAST FORWARD TO DOCTOR

Dr.Smilth: how have you been feeling

Me: well often when I'm alone sleeping I have these nightmares of being attacked again.

Dr.Smith: well Kiley I assure you your attacker is in jail and isn't getting out but I do want you to know you feel unprotected and that's all that is. If you still have these symptoms when you get home, see a therapist back there darling.

Back at the house we load our clothing in the car for our photo shoot.

We take a couple outside where we both have on jeans, chucks, and blue jackets. since it is December, these pictures take place in the snow. We have a snow ball fight to really get in the mood and they also have one of him sneaking behind me pushing snow in my face. They have diff set ups inside that we use but my favorite one is where we are both topless and holding each other looking into our eyes. The lady said that since we leave in a few days she can rush the pictures and have them done in two days. in the meantime we have the place to ourselves and once we make it home, the schools will be on Christmas break. Cody sent me on this wild goose chase when where leaving the photo shoot so he was at home before me.When I walk in the house I see candles everywhere and roses leading up the steps so I follow them through the room and to our bathroom where Cody has ran a nice bubble bath for me.

"I can sense that you've been stressed out and worried a lot and I just want to do this so I can show you how much I love and appreciate you. Enjoy your bath because we have a fun night a head of us. I said okay and ran down stairs to take pictures of everything and even him back by the tub. While in the tub I posted the pics and thanked God for placing such a wonderful person like him in my life and tagged him, and our parents in it.

The water felt so warm and good that I fell asleep in the there and about 45 mind later I woke up let the water out and jumped in the shower. After getting out and drying off, I found he had laid some clothing out for me to put on. It was my undergarments and some blue pajama bottoms and a white tank top and some fuzzy socks. as I pulled my hair in a high pony tail and headed down stairs. When I exited te steps I called for Cody and he said he was in the living room. as I rounded the corner, I saw Cody in the same outfit as mine minus the fuzzy socks and the fire place lit with blankets in front and two bowls of homemade taco soup ,which is my favorite soup, and pbjs, and hot chocolate. it was a picture perfect moment if you ask me, so I snapped them and to IG I went. After we got through eating he turned on the tv to one of my favorite cartoon movies Finding Nemo and we fell asleep in front of the fire place.

Waking up in someone you love arms and yes I said LOVE is amazing. I began to make him breakfast chocolate chip pancakes, scrambled eggs, bacon, and orange juice. I put it on a platter and woke him up with it. After we had eaten breakfast and tidied up the place, we began to take dwn the rest of our things that belonged to us because our flight left in 3 days and I knew those days would go by in a flash. We went to your the rest of the town and even the colleges and they where all so nice and I may even consider coming back to Yakelston University they have one of the top nursing programs in the U.S. We eat at a local restaurant, my treat since he has done so much for me, so we don't have to do anything but shower and bed when we make it back home.

Cody:

The next three days go by in a bout and I'm sad that we have to leave and return home I'm gonna miss coming home to her and holding her as she sleeps. On the way to the airport we stop by and get the pictures because I don't want her to look at the surprise that's inside until we are in the air. I love this girl with all of my being words just can't explain it.

Once on the plane she looks at me and says "it looks like we are the only one flying today". I reply "yeah baby I guess so". little does she know we are on my families private plane.

I've been thinking about my life and how it has transformed in these last couple of months and I've never felt this way before. Since the first day that I laid my eyes on Kiley I knew whe was the one for me. my parents told me that I would know love when I found it and I think I found it in her. She went to the bathroom and I had the flight attendant bring two sprites out one for me and one for her. inside hers I dropped a promise ring. I know it's too early to ask her to marry me, I think I might save that until graduation, so for now this will have to do.

She sits down and we carry on a convo and she picks up her drink and starts drinking it, still not noticing the ring in the bottom of the cup. She keeps drinking and it hits her lip and she finally looks down and she gasps. "Baby what is this?" "It's a promise ring, it symbolizes my love for you. it means that no matter what that you promise me to always have your heart and that nothing will come between us. if we have any problems we sit down and work them out, no breaking up." "Baby yes I promise to love you unconditionally." I slide the ring on her finger and kiss her as she's crying. She looks at me and ask "babe don't you think it may be too much for a promise ring"? My reply was "anything for my favorite girl in the whole world". I had one of the flight attendants to record the whole thing so that way we can show our family.
