"Omg!!!Look...Bess and George!! The things I wrote down on my Clue Book are all missing!! How did it happen?? I remember writing it down and it was on this page!"she bellowed.
"That doesn't make sense. We got another case. I think...the person who stole our recipe also stole our pages in the clue book!"hissed Bess.
"Wait Bess! I think I remember something. Nancy do you have the Presto Pen I lent you? I need it urgently! Because together with the pen, I received an instructions manual .." she said as she examined the pen.
"My God! Look guys happy news waiting!!! I glanced quickly at the manual and got a glimpse of the brand of the Pen. It said Presto obviously and look what here on the Pen there is the exact same label. However I didn't know how to use it the proper way cause I didn't read the manual. Maybe the Pen has omething to do with our case", she finished as she invited them over to her house.
Along the way George informed them that she was afraid that her 2 and a half years old brother might have took it and scribbled onto it. But Nancy being the most determined one....said comforting words and calmed everyone down. Then soon they all reached George's house.
George immediately entered her room and searched high and low. Despit searching everwhere....the manual was nowhere to be found. "Now it's all my fault for being careless!"she wept as she looked one last time around her room. Then suddenly they heard small tiny and soft footsteps. It was no one other than George's brother, Johnny.
"Sissy!Sissy! Look I..d.re..w a pre.tty pict.." he said as he stammered on his words struggling to pronounce. Upon looking at him, George gave him a tight hug and saw her brother's drawing. Her face immediately lit up as she saw the manual on his cherabic fingers. She thanked him and said ," It's the best drawing I have ever seen.."
And she took it from his hands and read the instructions carefully hidden behind the the drawing. She read out aloud as she spotted some words with*****----it read: WARNING!! Do not use this pen for important documents as the ink from the Pen only lasts for 3hours after writing down. If you want to see the words visually , after the 3 hours you must on the light on the top part to see them", she finished as she glanced one last time down the list..the list went down on the different parts and properties of the presto pen.
