"Ok so how shall we start?"enquired Bess. "You know our way to find out anything is to go and explore!"chirped Nancy. All three of the girls were walking towards Lily's lemonade stand to enquire her. Since it was a Friday, her lemonade stand was bursting with small kids since there was a kindergarten and a childcare centre nearby and on Fridays they were released early. So, the kids bought lemonade and ran around Lily's field playing tag.
Nancy, Bess and George went straight to Lily without any hesitation. Upon seeing them Lily immediately brightened up. "No business today huh?"she asked slyly. "How do you confirm that? Now we are the best lemonade sellers in town since we got the secret..."blurted Bess as George nudged her to stop. Luckily Lily wasn't listening, she was too busy serving her customer that she forgot about the three friends.
"We would like to speak to you Lily. We are here to investigate you. If you saw or took our recipe's list", Nancy said gently. Upon hearing that, Lily's jaws dropped. "Who will do such a greedy act. I might be jealous of your lemonade stand but I will never do such a disgusting act of stealing especially from my friends", she sobbed. All of them studied in the same school and Nancy knew that they could trust Lily in anything secretive. "We are really sorry Lily. We just wanted to know where our recipe went. But if you are hurt by our words....please forgive us. We didn't mean to hurt your feelings", George calmed her down as they all left that place. Along the way, Nancy took out her detective book and crossed out Lily's name from the list. Then looking at the watch, "I think we are too early for lunch aren't we? Can we go to meet Lollipop Team?" Asked George. "Sure! why not... I remember seeing this advertisement on the Lollipop Team a week ago. They said that they were having a group meeting this whole week until Saturday at the Grand Pixar Hotel!"chirped Bess and all three girls headed straight to the venue.
But before that, all three of them went to George's house grabbed a chef's hat in case the security asked what they were there for. George's mother was a caterer. So, George had loads of cooks apron, chefs hats and many other utensils at her home kitchen. After reaching the hotel, the three girls immediately headed straight to the counter and asked the receptionist,"May I know where the Team Lollipops are?"Asked Bess. "They are in the Cook Bistro at the 4th level. If you take the escalator, you need to go up straight and turn left at the first bend'', directed the receptionist. "Thank you!":) all three of them smiled and left straight up to the 4th level. They followed the correct directions and there they saw a transparent walled Room decorated with cooking items. In the room, there was the biggest whiteboard they had ever seen! And in the middle of the whiteboard they saw a word. Upon closer inspections, George shrieked! "In the whiteboard! There was the word---- Secret Receipe that we Found!....Lemonade!
