Chapter Three

Erik's P.O.V.

I groan at the sound of my alarm going off. I immediately turned off my alarm and debated whether I should or shouldn't sleep more. I quickly made up my mind and decided to shower.

I stood up and dragged my half asleep self to the shower. On my way to the shower, I stepped on something painful which caused me to jump and hit my hip on the kitchen counter. I just ignored the pain and went on with my life.

As I entered the shower, I briskly stripped down to nothing, letting the cold air meet my bare body. I turn the water on, letting it run through my body. As I was doing so, a picture of Colleen randomly popped into my mind. I can't help but imagine her beside me everyday. I want her. I want to wake up next to her. I want to make her breakfast every morning. I want to do everything with her. She gives me feelings I've never felt before.

After I showered and got dressed, I decided to take a walk for a bit until we start shooting.

I noticed that Colleen hasn't arrived yet. But Francesca has, so I went to her corner and talked to her.

"Hey, Franch!", I yelled kind of.

"Hey, Erik! Good morning.", she replied.

"Has Colleen arrived yet?", I asked trying so hard not to give anything away.

"Nope. Haven't seen her? Why did you ask? Is it because you like her?", she said while poking my sides.

"No! Stop that! I do not like her!", I said, assuring that I don't like her even though I do.

"Stop lying. I know you like her.", Francesca insisted.

"Okay. Okay. I do like her but let's just keep it for ourselves.", I said, trying not to let anyone hear us.

"Eeeep!", she squealed.

I instantly put my hand on her mouth to shush her.

"Shh. Keep it down will ya?", I whispered.

"I knew it ever since day one. And don't worry your secret's safe with me.", she said.

I hope it wouldn't be for long.

After I talked to Francesca, I heard a car door close. I think Colleen and Kory are here.

Colleen's P.O.V.

I got out of the car with Kory behind me.

"Kory could you please carry my bag for me? My shoulder hurts.", I begged him.

"Of course. I'm your assistant. I'm always there to carry stuff for you.", he said.

"Thanks, Kory. That's why you are my best friend and my assistant.", I said as we laughed.

While I was walking to the set I saw Erik on my way, so I greeted him.

"Good morning, Erik!", I greeted him.

"Oh. Good morning, Colleen!", he replied.

"Why are you so early today? We won't start shooting until 7 AM.", I said, not knowing what to say anymore because I was busy admiring him and his cute outfit choice.

My thoughts were interrupted when he started talking.

"I slept in my trailer last night because I was too lazy to go home.", he said.

"Oh. Well, I have to get ready and turn into Miranda. See you in a bit.", I said as he nodded in reply.

Gosh. I am so awkward around guys I like. I wonder if he noticed? Meh. I highly doubt it. I don't even know what other girls do when they talk to guys.

Anyways, I went in the set. As I got in, I noticed a blithe Francesca coming this way.

"Hey, Colleen!", she greeted with a smirk.

"Hey.", I replied. Confused.

"Why are you acting like that?", I asked.

"Oh nothing. I'm just... happy.", she said, still not telling me what happened.

"Okay. I know that you wouldn't crack up, so I'll just be on my way.", I said while walking away.

Hmm. I still can't quite put a finger on why she is acting like that.

Oh. My. God. What if she found out that I like Erik? Was I that obvious? Oh no! What if she tells Erik? What should I do? Should I talk to her? I think I should, but how?

What if she's not the the only one who knows? What if everyone knows and I'm here acting like I don't like him?

Okay. I need to stop with the what ifs. They can and they will distract me later when we film.

It's okay Colleen. Think positive. You weren't that obvious. Right? The important thing is that Erik doesn't know.
