You were putting in the small diamond earrings you had been given for your birthday last year, as you slide on the black silk pumps.

Norman had invited you to be his date for his movie premiere tonight, and you graciously accepted.

Standing back and looking yourself over in the mirror, beginning to feel nervous even though the silk black dress that flows down your body compliments you perfectly.

You feel anxious at the thought of all the eyes and all the cameras that will be on you tonight, the world judging you.

"Damn." His voice snaps you out of your thoughts, turning to face the doorway. A smile on your face.

"Do I look okay?" You ask twirling the fabric slowly.

Norman shakes his head with a smirk playing on his lips as his hands land on your waist.

"Didn't know you'd look this good," His eyes looking you up and down. "I think you'll out shine me tonight."
