It had been two weeks since you and your boyfriend of three years broke up. And you were a mess.

Barely able to get out of bed most days; and the worst part was the feeling that Norman was surviving just fine.

Hearing nothing more from him since that day it all ended, you wondered if he truly was fine. All put together as you continue to fall apart without him.

But when he shows up late; around one a.m. late... The sight of him gives you the truthfull answer.

He's a mess. His hair disheveled and the bags under his eyes scream for sleep. He hasn't shaved since you last saw him, and the clothes he wears are wrinkled and worn.

"Norman?" You ask, in shock that he's standing there in front of you.

"I tried getting up every day and not having you run through my brain. Not missing waking up to your face, not missing holding you in my arms. But it's impossible."

"I can't get you out of my head." He cries to you, and you rush towards him. Wrapping him in your arms, and mending both your broken heart's right there.
