Chapter 1.) "Are we moving?"
Jenna's POV
I woke up to see my stuff all in boxes. 'What?! Are we moving?' I thought 'I'm not going anywhere!' I got out of bed, put on my fluffiest slippers and dressing gown, and ran downstairs the stairs. At the bottom, I met my mum sitting on the bottom step with a cup of drinking chocolate.
"Mum?" I asked wrapping my dressing gown around my body as I hadn't done that part yet. She looked up at me and I could tell she was upset. Her doe like eyes were sad and red. She hadn't slept well, like dad who came in with his phone in his pocket.
"Dad?" I asked looking up at him.
"Yes sweetheart. " He replied sadly.
"Are we moving?" I asked with regret. After a few minutes of awkward silence, he answered my question "Yes."
